Definitely a place where you'll see a lot of locals. I had been here about 3 years ago for a party and it was great. This time , 2 weeks ago, some stuff was awesome, some was eh. The butternut squash soup was outstanding. I had oysters which were great last time, this time they were overcooked and I did... More

I went with a friend and we shared two different brunch meals. The server was excellent and went beyond the call of duty as we divided the meals and wanted our eggs cooked differently. The food was very yummy and I liked the variety that the menu offered. We even scored with a two for one coupon!

We made an impromptu visit to Zolo for brunch today and it was FABulous! Hubby ordered the Breakfast Skillet and a cup of coffee. His choice was superb: what a great blending of flavors. I had the Duck Confit Hash......another wow. Both dishes were $11.00 each......service was attentive......portions were generous. We'll be back: sooner than later! Please note that the 5*... More

Service was fine and friendly, otherwise, I would have given this review one star. I am not a fan of salted, over-seasoned, spicy food, but the "Breakfast Skillet" item on the brunch menu was flavorless. Ingredients supposedly included goat cheese as well as other blended cheeses. Could not taste any cheese. The only taste which came through was a preponderance... More

Jumped into Zolo Grill for lunch on a snowy day. My husband had tamales which were vegetarian and I had the tortilla soup. Both were excellent! Our server was courteous and prompt and knew when to check in!

When I used to live in Boulder and then on numeroussubsequent visits I've eaten at Zolo many, many times, and thought it was above the pack. Now, I feel like something happened as the last two visits were unsatisfactory. Had to return drinks two visits ago, and this time the food (two smoked chicken salads) was just mediocre. Lot of... Stopped in for lunch on a trip to Boulder. The guacamole and queso were delicious. The salsa was also excellent. We tried the squash soup which was also delicious. I had the brisket torta which was good. It is served with a mountain of fries! My fiancé had a salad which she really enjoyed! Worth a visit.

Full disclosure I attended an event and did not have to pay for my meal at Zolo. That said THE FOOD WAS SO GOOD. The tamales, guacamole, and banana pie was delicious. Even the after-dinner coffee was really good. Zolo's price has deterred me from coming to eat in the past, but after sampling the fair I will most likely... More

This is one of our favorite restaurants. We love sitting on the patio during the day or in the evening under the strung patio lights. Their menu is great for families, a complex palate of tastes for adults and a more simple menu for children. Their brunch is pretty amazing too!
