We had a great waitress, Jessica, a nice table outside, and unfortunately just average pasta. We both ordered the Spaghettini - one with meat sauce and one with marinara. The sauces were flavorful but by itself, the pasta was just average. But we enjoyed ourselves and will definitely give it another try.

We had heard good reviews and with family in town we wanted to try it. We were sat as soon a s we arrived but it was An hour and a half before we had our food. Be Garlic bread was extremely dry, arugula salad was so-so.. Stuffed shells were very salty, two risotto dishes were both overpowered by garlic.... More

Carelli’s is hands-down one of our favorite restaurants. But it was especially enjoyable when my husband and I dined there for our recent anniversary. My tried and true favorite is their Scoozi, but I opted for a different dish on this special occasion. The seafood risotto was delightfully creamy with wonderful hints of garlic, pine nuts, spinach, and tomato. It... More

This has become our family's get together place; food is predictable, served well in a very nice setting at affordable prices. Get your drinks at the bar during Happy Hour, then move to your table for dinner. An overall very nice experience.

The evening started with a transient creating a scene by angrilly shouting at the top of his voice as he left the restaurant. I was concerned that he might pull out a gun and start shooting. Our waiter terrible He couldn't even handle a simple request for more water. Everything was painfully slow. The food was good, but it just... More

So alongside the bar are some open air tables with a bonus...access to the small stage with great jazz. George Nelson played the night we were there and it was perfect! My wife had eggplant Parmesan and she thought it was one of the best she ever had. I had the ribeye and it was a tad bit chewy but... More

My husband and I were in Boulder for just two days and eager to find some good food after more than two weeks of travel mostly on the road. After seeing an ad for this restaurant in a brochure, I called in late afternoon on a Friday for a reservation and was lucky enough to get one at 6:15 pm,... More

I have never had an eggplant stack, but I was feeling adventurous and chose to share an appetizer with a good friend. The Eggplant stack did not disappoint. If you like Basil, then be sure to give this nice sized appetizer a try, plenty for two to share. For dinner I had a simple salad and added Salmon which was... More

We enjoyed our generously portioned meals with ample gluten-free choices. Our server was outstanding and generous! Nice outdoor seating creates a less noisy atmosphere.

Carelli's is dependably stellar in quality food and service. I live nearby and it is my neighborhood restaurant. It is upscale in ambience, but very down to earth. The owner, Greg Carelli is frequently there and goes the extra mile to ensure you enjoy your time. All the servers are friendly, and available enough for good service, subtle enough for... More
