Knowing the rep Boulder has, I thought all they serve is tofu and beansprouts. But no, they do have good restaurants like the Buff. They serve breakfast and lunch. I had the eggs benedict, served in a low bowl with the eggs covering the muffin...and meat. And it was very good. Fresh lemonade was also very good, sometimes that can be a hit or miss thing, too sweet or too tart, theirs was right on the money. If you're in Boulder you won't be disappointed here. But for bean sprouts and tofu, look elsewhere.More
Always Excellent Service and Food. Tremendous selection and even great Grapefruit Juice. Opens relatively Early so perfect start of day before Hiking.
Very good food. The menu provides many options. Despite being extremely busy the wait time was not excessive and the staff was very attentive.
Place is clean and vibe is awesome. Hostess and wait staff very welcoming. Menu is super clear and GF and Vegan options well marked. Food was out of this world delicious and I can’t even describe how well prepared each person in our party of...six plate was. Everything from the fruit plate to pancakes to egg dishes were outstanding. You get what you pay for and this place can’t be missed. Parking was easy and no bums in the lot which was awesome! (Boulder you created the mess now clean it up) I would recommend this breakfast / lunch place to anyone as it’s just a great place with and awesome location and great staff. Portion sizes were great, service was good, but the food was missing something. I shared two meals (Chicken & French Toast and the Breakfast Tacos with Avocado.) Both meals were missing something to make them great. Presentation was a 9 out of 10, taste was...a 7 out of 10. The Iced Chai Tea was delicious, the sweet potato fries were good (and a very large portion). Overall, I give this restaurant a 3 because I won't return (not memorable).More
Everything is fantastic! So many gluten free options too. I still think about the GF french toast! Sooo good. Skillets were good too.
The Buff is a place to celebrate at, feast at, and show off to visitors. My friends and I love starting off everyone’s birthday with Buff brunch, they are able to seat large groups, the food comes out fast, and there are so many options...that everyone can enjoy. I also love bringing my family here when they visit Boulder because they all leave so full and happy, and it allows me to brag about the city of Boulder and how amazing the food is. The Buff is a must when in Boulder, and I promise it will not disappoint!More
Friendly service. Excellent food. Teenaged son ate the Breakfast Burger. Huge. Tasty. Would order again. The beef chili was wonderful. Wife got the vegan skillet and loved it. Daughter got the kids pancakes and fruit and toast. Restaurant was 3/4 full on a Wednesday in...March at 1pm. Would definitely eat there again.More
Wow. Great breakfast and the portions are really large. We had breakfast one morning to try local and what a great choice. Drinks were perfect, food was delicious.
Day trip to Boulder from Denver and chose this place for late breakfast, did not disappoint! Promptly seated and very attentive staff. Love that they have cloth wrapped utensils at the table. Had the 99 cent mimosas and no regrets! Had two step for breakfast....French toast was delicious as well as perfect bacon. Husband had steak and eggs and raved as well. He had a coke and it was served in a large Mason jar, no worries about needing a refill! Don’t hesitate to eat here!More
Second time and everything was outstanding. Food, service, selection, is n of the best for a breakfast place.
I had eggs Benedict, and the eggs were very properly cooked. But as for the full dish, I've had better. Would try something else on a next visit.
Lots of people waiting but wow they turn those tables over! Extremely friendly server (Aton??), super quick service. My omelette came out a tiny bit wrong and he insisted on having it fixed. The mocha latte was ridiculous (sooo gooood)(and also beautiful). The pancakes were...the best I’ve had in a long time. My daughter loved her Benedict. Also… as a Coke addict… excellent fountain Coke.More
The service was great, always had water and tended to our every need. The food is delicious and huge in portions. We had the Saddle Bag pancakes and it was sooo good! Definitely need to stop if you are in the neighborhood!
