Saturday morning, mid to late morning, maybe a 15 minute wait. They had a terrific selection of homemade pastries, great coffee, and an eclectic menu. The waitress was outstanding (wish I remember her name.) Had the breakfast sandwich, which was fresh ham and egg on a french toast bun. Perhaps the freshest ham I have ever tasted. Would go back... What a wonderful experience. The food was wonderful. The restaurant was everything my wife and I expected. I had made plans to visit the kitchen while reviewing Boulder for our anniversary trip. I made a reservation online and they called me the day before to confirm the reservation and they wanted to know if my reservation was for a special... More

A bit pricey. Very good and healthy food. Service is very good too. Just plan to spend $$$$$. Reservations needed. You can also try the sister restaurant next door - called The Kitchen Next Door. Great open atmosphere and great menu items. Reasonably priced for the quality of food. The burgers are the best in town for $10

We had the vegetable pita sandwich and the fried chicken sandwich with salad. Yum. Every bit of both was delicious. The price was very reasonable for lunch and we'd definitely go back.

This place has an amazing menu and yet very simple. The steak was mouth watering, the wine was divine. Great ambiance and staff is courteous and insightful.

We stopped here for brunch over the weekend. We are not a needy group of people asking for a lot of special things or omissions to the offerings on the menu. We asked for 2 things- one to check if the cheese was pasteurized because someone was pregnant and if we could change the bread on a sandwich. The server... More

Stopped in here on a friend's recommendation and had a solo (well, with Chernow's Alexander Hamilton door stopper bio) dinner at the bar. Pretty and industrial-chic decor, inventive menu and very attentive and friendly staff. I had wild Alaskan salmon for dinner and a flourless chocolate cake ("Nemesis") for dessert - both excellent. A couple of days later came back... More

Small portions and snotty atmosphere. Thought I was in New York and that's not a compliment. Food did taste very good -I will admit that. There are so many other fun places to go in Boulder that are as good as this and with better energy.

A great restaurant in downtown Boulder. Its popularity has made it difficult to get a table unless you make a reservation the prior day. There is always its sister restaurant, the Kitchen Next door, more casual but still good food. My experience has been positive the many times we have been there, good food and good service right on Pearl... More

My husband wanted to introduce me to this restaurant after having a great first experience. We both had great food, and the service level was just right.
