I like Rio! I like the warm, home-cooked feeling with healthy black beans and a good-sized side salad. I like the delicious ranch dressing. I have also been worried about cleanliness as the other reviewer stated. Sometimes the kitchen appears sloppy and chaotic. I especially hate when I see a cook standing outside, smoking and leaning against the building. Smokers... More

Thanks for taking the time to write a review. I'm glad you enjoy the Rio and noticed the restaurant was clean. Thanks for the feedback about the cooks. We do not allow any employee to smoke outside the building. We will keep an extra close eye out to make sure that is not happening. Thanks again More

With no reservation Rio accommodated our party of seven on a busy Saturday evening with ease & cordial service. With piles of chips & salsa on the house, the ambiance is festive & with an array of tasty Mexican favorites & great Margaritas (try the Blood Orange) you can't miss. Portions are generous & what's better than a breakfast burrito... More

Best Margaritas especially on the roof! Fun place to meet a friend or go with the family for a celebration.

This place was filthy! We came in for lunch, party of 6. THe first thing that hit me was the bad smell, but being part of a hungry group, I didn't want to complain and suggest we go elsewhere. The hostess said they would have a table for us "right away" so we stood by. She picked up some menus... More

Ended up here after our friends first choice was an hour to an hour and a half wait. Enjoyed the roof, playlist, food and service. Our server was friendly and didn't seem to mind that we were a little weird and rowdy. Loved my veggie fajitas and no one else had any complaints. I was a little concerned about the... More

Not impressed!! We were hoping to be in and out, since we had tickets to the CU Volleyball game at 6. We got to the restaurant about 4:30 and there wasn't hardly anyone there. Perfect right, or so we thought. Service was painfully slow, and the food was even slower coming out. When it finally did arrive it was cool... More

I had a delicious lunch here on a beautiful day - they had "moisturizers" running to keep you cool. Being shot with mist was a little weird but it was good food and the view is awesome.

Dined with friends in the bar area to skip the wait (though it would have been short). Service was pleasant, $7 margaritas were tasty but tequila was definitely on the cheap side. Food was decent. All in all would return.

This RG restaurant experience left me with no appetite. There was no line, and roughly 1/3 of the tables were occupied. We were seated promptly. The first warning was the dank and horrible smell of dirty table rags, food and spilled drinks. The second warning was we were seated next to a table of loud and inebriated patrons. Naturally because... More

The atmosphere here is quite busy, especially during dinner hour. Although their food is very delicious, if you enjoy Mexican food. The winner here is their Margaritas! Not only are they delicious but somehow you just don't want one Margarita, they're that good! :) My suggestion is to try to get there around 5 pm or as soon as they... More
