My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary at the Boulder Cork yesterday evening. This was our first venture out to a restaurant for dinner since Covid-19 restrictions were put in place. Our dinners were wonderful and this is our past experience at the Boulder...More

We visited for lunch on the way to the airport, returning from a ski trip and looking forward to a polished meal after 4 days of casual mountain food. We opted for seafood dishes and all were perfectly cooked/seasoned, light and delicious -- and had...More

The dinner at Boulder Cork was very good. The prime rib sandwich was lean and excellent. The filet and steak Oscar were both very good. Service was very good.

Probably my favorite restaurant in Boulder. Originally a Cork and Cleaver restaurant, it started a second life as the Cork. Wonderful food and service, and an excellent bar menu. Steaks, fish, prime rib, lobster ravioli, you name it. Expensive but very worth it.
