Ate at the Mediterranean last night and had an outstanding meal. We arrived early and got a table in their central courtyard. It is a large area with lots of tables. It was Happy Hour when we arrived (4-6??), which provides discounted tapas and drinks. We took advantage. Between the 3 of us, we shared the empanada, calamari, margherita pizza,... More

The Tapas were excellent and made a nice sampler. We enjoyed the drink specials. The wait staff was very friendly and helpful.

The food is amazing. Go for the tapas, which include cold and hot options. The lamb kabobs and empanadas are wonderful. The staff members are cheerful and well trained. We ordered 10+ tapas choices to share among two adults and two teens. The staff brought them in waves of food so nothing got cold. The Med is always buzzing in... More

Great food, beautiful interior, interesting menu items but includes the basics for less adventurous souls, excellent service, prime location if you want to explore downtown Boulder, parking garage right next door. If you want an impressive dinner that still feels welcoming to all, this is a great choice. Good for a business lunch or dinner. Nice bread basket while you... More

It was my first time there, and I enjoyed the ambiance, the food, and the drinks (premium alcohol available). We had outstanding service by Devon who was very accommodating and made good recommendations. We chose to have tapas, and everything was delicious, but there are main dishes that are intriguing that I will try next time. The place was very... More

Go to the Med for Great Tapas/Small Bite food in Boulder. Happy hour is the best time to dine. Same menu yet about half the price for the same item. And the beer and drinks are of a much better value too. Great variety and service. Try the pizza and also try the hummus dish. Delicious!

We stopped at The Med on a Saturday afternoon for happy hour and were seated on their outdoor patio at our request. Our group of four adults and 2 children ordered numerous items from their happy hour menu. Every one was very tasty and prepared well. Most of the items were not large in size but were priced accordingly so... More

We went at 5:30 for tapas for dinner. This gave us plenty of time to order a few at a time. All were unbelievably great! They have a large selection of vegetarian/seafood/ meat options (as well as hot and cold) including chicken or lamb kabobs, calamari, and caprese. Presentation for many small dishes is impressive! And best of all is... More

Two of us had an excellent lunch on the patio at The Med. I'd heard about it for years, so I was very excited to finally get there. We had the day's special wine, a crisp white, and salads. The accompanying bread was also really fine. A great way to spend an afternoon meal: lovely spot, good food, interesting ambiance.... More

Great place for real tapas! We mostly just order many plates of tapas regardless of how many we are. Great drinks too! Highly recommended, but usually very busy, so call ahead. Only downside I can think of it is very noisy and it is hard to carry a conversation.

Thank Bob A
