We sampled a few of the rare beer goodness the other night. Watched sports and talked beets with a couple nice guys that are beer appreciators and we had a nice time. The smelt really good too.

I am really bummed to have to write this review, because I think this place could be so great if they did not treat my friends and I so badly. We called ahead to see if they had space for 3 people to watch the Broncos game. It was already the 3rd quarter of the game and they are having... More

The beer is great and rotates quite a bit. Pizza is pretty good. Other menu items are worth trying. The hostess stand just doesn't grasp what their doing and it's been that way for numerous visits! Wait staff and beer tenders are awesome. You should try it!

We visited Backcountry Pizza while entertaining family from out of town. We were a group of 9 and order several large pizzas in addition to appetizers and a variety of different drinks. Service was attentive and the food was delicious! Definitely a hit!

Biggest beer selection EVER! and while you drink your craft beverage your kids can play pin-ball, arcade games, and pool. The pizza is tasty Mountain-style and if the kids don't dig pizza, there is plenty of other stuff to choose from. Keep in mind that CU students take over this joint in the evening. Heck, I would too if I... More

Best Pie we had in Boulder! Great selection of brews too, only brewery were I could actually find ciders too. Impressed that I could have as many tasters as I wanted as long as they were under $9 a glass. The servers were extremely knowledgable, not just throwing out names. I'm totally micro brew dumb, I really learned a lot... More

It was late and everyone was tired. We appreciated getting some food, beer, and very nice service. The pizza is heavy with cheese, nice but soft crust, not much tomato sauce, and adequate toppings (though lacking all that we ordered). Excellent array of beers on tap, as required for any pub in Boulder.

Amazing beer selection on tap and the staff is well versed on their attributes. Food is very good as well. Locals seem to love the place for lunch.

Went for happy hour after flag football game. No hostess. Horrible fried apps. I know they have good pizza so why can't they offer the kids a deal? Food inedible. Bartender didn't know anything except that the serve beer.

HUGE amazing pizza. Large pizza was more than enough for three people. Friendly people, cute inside atmosphere and small outdoor patio. Best crust and sauce ever. Great beer list- lots of sours and ciders too. AMAZING!!!
