Many of us in our party decided to dine here for dinner. The staff was able to accommodate us right away and made sure we were comfortable. Extremely accommodating and courteous servers made our dining experience ever so great. Atmosphere is very calm and comfy. Wide variety of selections on the menu. The food, really, really good. Great stop!

My husband and I had an incredible dinner here. The grilled prawns were one of the best meals I've ever had. And the "make your own cocktail" option is just so fun! Our waitress, Britt, was simply outstanding and delightful. A wonderful evening.

I am sorry but I have nooooo idea why salt is so popular. It has to be the location because EVERYTHING else is lackluster. I've probably been there at least five times and the last time I promised myself I was never going back...for any reason...even if it was free! They have this build a drink concept that I find... We just happened on this place during a day trip to Boulder. What a GEM. The food was amazing. Especially the pastured steak braised short rib. Melt in your mouth with great flavor. They can make most things on their menu gluten free as well. The do offer GF bread. Higher end on price but our family felt it was... More

Cozy, fun atmosphere. We like to start in the cellar and have the bartender create a drink for us. The menu items are simple but tasty and worth the price. The small plates are all good. I especially like the beet salad and flat bread. Location is convenient. They also can do parties.

We sat on the patio one Wednesday afternoon with our 2 collies after a walk on Pearl Street and enjoyed a great cocktail menu and local beers. Salt has about 5-6 outdoor tables on the east side of the building away from the afternoon sun and it was very comfortable. Our dogs were able to sit next to us just... More

Great spot and even the outdoor seating isn't too loud (traffic from the street). The cheese board is delicious. They went out of their way to make sure my food was safe from allergens. Drinks were tasty and prepared quickly. The service was almost a bit too relaxed for the type of place they're portraying. Or maybe they want everyone... More

I have happily dined at Salt many times over the past couple of years, and was stuck by its decline during our visit last evening. The food was uninspired, over-salted, and mediocre-tasting at best. We returned a kale salad because it was gritty -- having not been properly washed. Service was sketchy. There were four in our party. Two of... More

SALT proved to be an excellent choice for a great breakfast / brunch following a stroll / people warching and shopping on Pearl Street. The food was tasty and service was good. I would recommend this restaurant to friends.indoor and outdoor seating.
