Had dinner with six. It's good food in a hotel setting. Nothing out of this world. Good steak. But again, just an average setting.

What is it with this place. Have people in BC got so caught up in Bavarian hoopla that they accept this gut bomb food as fine dining? Menu needs a much lighter touch unless you plan to plow the north 40 the next day. This is not fine dining. It is heavy nonsense. Service is not good either

I have eaten here before and found the food and service to be excellent, but not this time. The restaurant itself is located in a beautiful setting and the ambiance is outstanding. However, three of the four of us found our food to be disappointing. I had a cornbread coated trout dish, which was weak on flavor and underwhelming. My... More

One of the best formal restaurants in Beaver Creek. Warm, inviting atmosphere with open fire, cosy bar and easy listening piano! Great wine list complements the strong seasonal local menu, where everything met the same high standard as previous visits.

No complaints! The food were delicious, my tuna tartar was very good, my dry aged duck was excellent, my son's short ribs and my husband's Berkshire pork, were finished. The baklava was delicious! This is not for the faint of heart but, if one command these prices, at least have table clothes. The placemats does not cut it. These placemats... More

Our group consisted of locals. From start to finish this was an excellent experience. The Thursday night fireworks were just starting when we arrived. The outdoor deck is perfect for viewing! Drinks and food were very wonderful. The group ordered different mains and all surpassed expectations. Our server did a great job. Loved the roaring fire and the rest of... More

The chef has a refined touch with his ingredients and seasonings. Short ribs seem to be the in thing right now as an appetizer, a main course or the filling in agnolotti; and they're worth having: Slow-cooked, tender, moist and flavorful. The pasta dishes are also excellent, with light flavorful sauces. The wine list is sophisticated, but too expensive for... More

Loved this place, would like to come back at least a couple more times to explore the menu. They particularly looked after the children with a great kids menu, and the piano player was a great touch. My friends and I enjoyed it very much.

I don't say this about many places, and I have been to a lot of places and traveled a fair bit, but this place made one of the better meals I've had It is expensive. You will pay a lot of money to eat here, but it's worth it. The food is creative and tasty. It's filling. The chef even... More
