Enjoy panoramic views, contemporary Colorado cuisine, award winning wine menu, fantastic service and live dinner music. A crackling fireplace sets the mood. Chef David Gutowski was recently invited to present dinner at The James Beard House in Manhattan where he cooked each course with Colorado meats, cheeses fish and produce. The dinner was sold out before it hit the calendar. Come and enjoy the cuisine of this rising star!

Pork chop has been a steady on this menu and didn’t disappoint. Salmon delicious! Only issue was we were supposed to be in main dining area but were seated by bar- entertainer was good but a bit noisy.

We have been dining here for years and it is always good! The pretzel crusted pork chop is one of my favorite meals. Call ahead and plan to go when Tony is playing for some good entertainment too!

We enjoyed a wonderful night at Grouse Mountain Grill. The meal was outstanding. We sat in the bar at a table and enjoyed the entertainment. I cannot recommend the restaurant enough.

Decided to try the Grouse on a recommendation from a friend and we weren’t disappointed. Wonderful evening, great food and service. It was busy but our server was spot on without interrupting. Thank you.

While we enjoyed our dining at the Grouse the service was somewhat disappointing. Our server got the job done but no more. The bartender was the only person who showed any personality.
