Enjoyed a special night out for our anniversary. Was super appreciative of the staff accommodating my wife’s super restrictive diet needs. Our waitress, Rachel, was super patient and awesome. Food was top notch...a little pricey...but enjoyed our night out. Great atmosphere, wonderful staff, great food.

Great food and the restaurant itself is very nice and quiet. Excellent for couples. We had a romantic dinner for two and were very please with the food and overall experience

It was an all around great evening. It is located in the Pines Lodge and they offered complimentary valet. First of all, our waiter was wonderful and did not rush us at all; let us enjoy our cocktails until we told him we were ready...for the appetizers. That's a 1st class restaurant that does that. We love dining at 5 star restaurants and there is nothing worse than being rushed to order your food and then having it brought to you right away. This is our night out to enjoy the evening. We started out with a specialty appetizer of fried , stuffed, squash blossoms - wonderful. We both had the halibut and it was awesome. They also have piano music playing which adds to the ambience. There is a great outdoor patio that I would to dine on as well. We will go back on our next visit here.More

If you look at my previous reviews, you will see that I hesitate to post a bad review. We were really looking forward to our visit to Grouse Mountain Grille but were disappointed in the food. The service and staff were very good. We started...with the charred octopus and stuffed squash blossoms. Both dishes were very bland. My wife had the halibut and I had the flat iron steak. Her fish was good and the sides were tasty. My steak was also underseasoned but the sides were a little better. We had the peach cobbler for dessert. The peaches were not ripe and hard. For the price, we expected a LOT better food. Maybe it was just an off night.More

Back in town and was greeted like an old friend. The hospitality is amazing. The food is better. The halibut was the best Id ever eaten.

The Best of Beaver Creek, we ate in every restaurant during our annual summer stay. The other top rated restaurants do no compare to Grouse Mountain Grill in quality of food and service. We found ourselves going back three times during our stay. Grouse Mountain...Grill is the best, trust me.More

Dinner and service were both spot on. Music by Tony G. Amazing. The chef accommodated my wife with celiac by making her a special meal. Thank you Grouse for a wonderful birthday.

Their Covid-19 safety precautions made me feel extremely safe they went above and beyond in that department in addition to their as always fantastic menu. I don't think I could ever recommend Grouse Mountain Grill enough, words truly do not give the experience justice. Highly...recommend the agnolotti pasta.More

My travel companion and I both enjoyed the Three Course Chef's tasting menu. It was wonderful. We both had the Flat Iron Steak. I have a moderate gluten intolerance and the chef was able to modify the Pork Belly apertif so I could try it....Well prepared food and professional service, as I would expect. The wine was outstanding as well.More

We went on the first night hey opened. Everyone and everything was incredible. 3 for 45 a good deal For good food and service. We didn’t get to sit outside because of rain that was the only disappointment of the evening.

They do! My niece has celiacs and GmG did accommodate her. Just make sure you let them know when making reservations.
