We live in the Vail Valley and have many restaurants to choose from. Grouse Mountain is definitely our favorite restaurant. They chef is not only happy to accommodate special requests but takes it as a challenge to create beautiful, creative dishes that are superb in presentation and taste! The service is over the top and we love the atmosphere.

My wife and I went to Grouse Mountain Grill this past weekend while we were visibly Beaver Creek. The restaurant had gotten very good reviews so we were excited. The time of year is very slow for beaver creek, so we got a fantastic 3 course deal for a very reasonable price. The food was okay, but was very basic.... More

We visit Beaver Creek every year and always look forward to dinner here. Everything they do, from appetizers to dessert is delicious and presented beautifully. This year, an apple baklava was my choice for dessert and was simply spectacular. Make a reservation, go early, and enjoy a drink in their beautiful intimate bar. Hand-crafted cocktails seem to be a specialty... More

A fantastic meal! Highly recommend the pork chop dish. Although the trout is also a winner! You really can't go wrong with this restaurant! Enjoy!

We ate here 2 nights in a row. Between everyone in our group...we managed to have most everything on the menu. It's all delicious. We'll be back.

Grouse Mountain Grill should not be missed if you are in Vail Valley. Here are the highlights: 1. Ambiance: The view is beautiful. The dining room has floor to ceiling windows and looks directly at the mountains in Beaver Creek. The room is laid out nicely with a fireplace and wood paneling. It is very dim and feels cozy. 2.... After a long weekend stay at Beaver Creek Resort, we decided to have our last dinner at Grouse Mountain Grill. The cuisine at this restaurant is world class! There is no other way to say it. Through our travels, my husband and I have been fortunate to dine at some of the world's finest restaurants, and the food at Grouse... More

The agnolotti and ravioli appetizers and the corn soup, as well as the pork chops are terrific. Another reviewer loved the tator tots, but I found them boring. I do agree with that reviewer about the apple bread pudding dessert. The apple bread pudding was divine! Service is top notch, and the room offers lovely views.
