By far, the best dining experience I’ve had in the Vail Valley. Beautiful facility but laid back with a pianist/soloist on a grand piano. Surrounding spectacular. The food was among the best I’ve ever had. Service flawless. We returned for dinner again during our stay...More

This is an incredible restaurant located in the Chateau Condo & Hotel in Beaver Creek. The restaurant staff is over the top attentive, they have a diverse menu. The deserts are to die for. The only criticisms I would give is the wine list is...More

We have spent over 20yrs having a special dinner at Splendido's. It's our favorite restaurant in Beaver Creek. This year we had a very unpleasant and uncomfortable situation. It was a special occasion. We don't normally order a bottle of wine due to the inflated...More

During a 5 night stay in Beaver Creek, we had the pleasure of dining here twice. The first time was on the night of our arrival when we only managed to get to Beaver Creek at about 9:30 but the Splendido nevertheless welcomed us. Both...More

The setting is fantastic. The service team does well and the menu is varied for a wide range of tastes. Oysters were exceptional. The wine is good but on the pricey side for what it is. Unfortunately, the piano is way to loud inhibiting conversation....More

My partner and I had a very nice dinner here on our last night in Beaver Creek. While I loved my crab pasta appetizer and red snapper entree, he didn't enjoy his pear salad and beef entree (though I did!). The bread course was awesome,...More

Splendido has earned its top reputation with signature dishes like Dover Sole and Rack of Lamb. I would prefer that the accompaniments with the foie gras (which was itself fantastic) and lamb were not so busy - too jumbled and hectic for my taste. Keep...More

We came here at the recommendation of a family member and we could not have been more pleased. Each dish was expertly put together and the flavors were just impeccable. The wine list is very well curated, whereas other restaurants in the village really lacked...More

There is no dress code. I wouldn’t wear a t-shirt, shorts and flip-flops, but it is common to see men in jeans and sport shirts.
