This has been one of my favorite, if not my very favorite, local restaurant for 25 years BUT, the last 3-4 experiences have take one or two stars off my rating. We asked not to have the waiter that we had the last time or we would eat elsewhere. We got a delightful waitress and, as always, the foie gras... More

We visit Vail regularly and while there are amazing restaurants in Vail, we continually return to the base of Beaver Creek Resort to visit Mirabelle. A short 15 minute ride from mid-Vail, the charm of the old Victorian house where Mirabelle lives is worth the trip. The food is an eclectic mix with a French-Belgium-American twist. The past trip we... More

Yes, a 5 Star restaurant, but the prices will not shock you. A beautiful setting. Great bar, and outstanding dinning room. Waiters very well trained and food is always delicious. A must when in the Beaver Creek area.

Mirabelle is located in one of the oldest buildings in Beaver Creek valley and was initially a log house circa 1880 that has been enlarged through successive owners through the years. Its a charming location for wonderful French cuisine classique. The wine list is quite good and as I often do I had the Dover sole meunière as did my wife and... A French restaurant, with French folks advising on and serving the dishes. Everything was good, except a green vegetable soup that was completely tasteless. You an take as much or little time to eat as you like, no one's rushing you, as done in France.

Atmosphere was lovely. Food was beyond excellent. Members of our party have been there before, and loved this delightful restaurant and its fabulous cuisine. This waiter was beyond belief. It was as though he decided our group of 5 people was his to abuse. He was curt, rude, sarcastic. The bad stuff started with the drink orders, and it went... More

Beaver Creek is a bit frustrating when it comes to dining, particularly at lunch time. The BC dining scene could -- and should -- be far better and on the same level as Aspen, but sadly it falls short. FORTUNATELY, Chef Daniel Joly and his wife/biz partner, Nathalie, have given us a wonderful mountain lunch venue three days a week... More

Oh em gee! When in town you must visit Mirabelle's. Our entire meal from start to finish was delicious. For my main I ordered their steak and my goodness it's was so tasty. I was there with friends but will definitely return for a romantic date with my husband.

Friend recommended this place and it was superb. Romantic, very atmospheric. Great food and service. Very French but not too exotic. Pricey but worth every penny!

What a surprise for all of us. Loved the paper thin gluten free parchment bread for the table upon arrival. Excellent and extensive wine list. Halibut and lamb were perfection. Watermelon soup and Creme brûlée provided the perfect ending to our glorious evening. The restaurant has a lovely setting just inside the Beaver Creek gates. The service was stellar. Expensive...
