We had a most enjoyable dinner! We shared several Tapas during happy hour and continued with more as the evening progressed. We had one vegetarian in our group and the staff accommodated all our requests. Highly recommended!!

We showed up with 12 people and they accommodated all us with ease in their bar area. The peppers and ceviche were wonderful. The Brussels sprouts were great and the potatoes were too. We all shared lots of plates and were happy with them all.

We like to mix it up on vacation if we can and this dinner was a nice change of pace as we sampled some food we don't normally eat. We ate outside on a pleasant summer evening and the restaurant didn't have a lot of traffic so we had fast service. We liked just about everything we tried including the... More

Ordered 5 different tapas to share. All unique & full of flavored! My favorites were beef short-rib w/ mash & lobster bits w/ cheese over potato chips. The artisanal cheese & peach/prosciutto flat bread was also good. They had a "do-it-yourself" techno wine dispensing machine there. You can dispense glasses of different wines in different amounts. Neat!!👍🏽👏

We have lived in the Vail Valley for 14 years and we love this relatively new addition to the Beaver Creek restaurant scene. It is located at the far end of the village above the grocery store. The menu has a variety of small, tapas-like plates, that change frequently with the season. They also have some traditional soup and salad... More

Great variety and quality tapas at reasonable prices in a nice atmosphere indoors or out. Interesting cocktail menu and an oenomatic wine bar to sample many select wines as well as a very good wine menu. Went twice during a week's stay in Beaver Creek. Very good service. Missing this restaurant is a mistake.

We had a great time at the Metropolitan in BC village. Creative menu of small plates that our group of four shared. We enjoyed the Ahi tuna poke, grilled peach salad, braised beef short ribs, and roasted Brussels sprouts dishes especially. Be sure to try their barrel aged Manhattan or spicy beaver cocktails. The self serve wine dispenser was a... More
