Inexpensive, but pretty greasy and bland. Super friendly people; seems to cater to regular locals. Stay away from anything fried.

When visiting family in Bailey, Co, we went to this Cafe for breakfast. We were immediately noticed and recognized by the owner. He loves to visit with the locals as well as guests. We could tell he takes pride in the service as well as outstanding quality of the tasty and generous offerings. Check it out!

Several times a week we meet our friends here for fellowship and good home cooked breakfasts. If you want to meet virtually the whole sheriff's department, have a very generous portion of food at a very reasonable price, this is your place

Small town local place. Basic breakfast items. Nice service. Small. Can get crowded on the weekends, so get there early or you will have to wait.

Reviews from locals wasn't far off. Good breakfast burritos, green chile wasn't the best but did the trick. Smothered burrito's aren't bad..

OK, so it's not gourmet dining but, you get a 'reel deal' for your money. Try the Cutthroat Cafe once and you will surely come back. Good People here and a lot of community involvement.

We visited this place this weekend after picking our daughter up from sleep away camp. It was a quaint place that looked to be filled with locals. The staff was very friendly and we were seated right away. The food was really good. I had French toast and our daughter had the pancakes. My hubby enjoyed his breakfast burrito. Great... More

My wife and I stopped here for chili and light dinner on a late afternoon in June 2016. We were tourists passing through Bailey. The chili was not good -- it's just bland baked beans, totally uninspired. But we enjoyed the BLT sandwich and fries. Prices are low and affordable. Our young waitress was very friendly and we liked her... More

We were in town visiting family and ate here twice during our trip. Great food, relaxing atmosphere. I had a couple of their burgers, both were great! My daughter loved the chili.

Hubby and I were going for a ride in the beautiful spring green Rocky Mountains today. Looked up breakfast restaurants in Bailey on trip advisor and you came through. This is a quaint, inexpensive local restaurant with good homemade food, great and friendly service and the owner, Chip makes his way around to talk to everyone.
