Fabulous place to have your coffee and breakfast. Super friendly stuff. One free drip for PCT hikers. Thumbs up for Village Grill.

The Village Grind has come a long way and now serves not only coffee and tea but good food, wine, etc. The outdoor seating is fun and the weather is often absolutely beautiful in the San Gabriel Mountains. Bands play on a pretty regular basis, so it's a fun spot to relax and enjoy the music and outdoors. It's small... More

The Village Grind is a great, friendly place to spend an afternoon with good food and drink. Specifically, the owners, Greg and Linda are locals and make everyone feel welcome! They have both a fine wine and rotating "tap" beer to offer (and coffees, too), while you sit on the patio and enjoy some local live entertainment. The menu consists... More

A stop on the Pacific Crest Trail, open early for cafe, often music on the weekends, with wine and beer tasting, prize winning chili, this is a wonderful local place to frequent.

Soft, live music, gourmet coffee and snacks, sandwiches in the middle of the village. A cherished favorite of locals and a destination experience. I could hang there all day...

Wow!!! Is almost all I have to say but then those that know me know that statement isn't quite true: a group of ladies from our church decided to meet for coffee in town once a week and this is where we chose to meet. This is a WONDERFUL place for all occasions including large groups of 8-10 ( especially... More

Fun place to eat, drink, or just have coffee at Wrightwood. They took care of my family, gave us ideas on what to order, checked if we liked the food. Everything we ordered was tasty, healthy, and not overcooked. They had plenty outdoor seating with plenty of people watch opportunities. Keep in mind - they close at 6.

My two friends can attest to the cottage beers, they tell me they were great. I personally can attest to the creamy home-brewed rootbeer. The whole crowd including the patrons and the serve staff and the proprietor were typical mountain resort friendly.

The Village Grind offers wine, beer, specialty coffees, and tasty munchies in the small mountain village of Wrightwood. There's a small indoor seating area, with more room on the deck. In winter, they often have heaters on the deck so you can sit outside. The service is consistently good, but may take longer than the fast food you might be... More
