Great local, hole-in-wall that is small (about 8-10 tables) and very bistro-like with a French influence. The onion soup was superb. The hamburger was good, but not something I'd order again given the quality of the onion soup.

This was our first time to The Little Store and we really enjoyed it. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting. Service was attentive but there's no rush. I had the cabbage salad and my husband had the beef bourguignon. The salad was delicious. It is...served warm and has lots of flavor. The cabbage is a bit soft but not wilted. The blue cheese is a perfect compliment to the cabbage. The almonds gave the salad a nice crunch. My husband loved the beef bourguignon, it was exactly what he wanted. It's served very traditionally with mashed potatoes and peas. We also had bread with a wonderful La Tur cheese. We will go back to The Little Store.More
Stopped by for sandwiches to go, friendly and fast. Sandwiches were great! Got The Header and the Nick.
This is a cozy restaurant, run by a French couple. It is especially wonderful on a cold or foggy evening, but it can be nice on a sunny day as well. The food is unpredictable. The menu is standard, but one time an entree is...very good, the next very average. The owners are part of its charm, although the chef can be grumpy. Very casual dress for a French-themed restaurant, more like a bistro.More
Went for lunch during the week and the food and service were excellent. Homemade desserts as well. Very small but quaint. Most of the people looked like locals. That's always a good sign. Would definately go back.
This was a huge disappointment. The $28 salmon dinner was tragic. Terrifically over done tiny piece of salmon, 6 green beans, small pile of over buttered carrots 5 broccoli florets that were murdered. 3 guests in the restaurant and no service, wrong service and no...interaction. This could be the greatest find if someone cared enough. SUPER EXPENSIVE. $86 FOR TWO OF US. 2 entrees, onion rings, one beer.More
The best dish at this quaint Woodside Road eatry is the burger...delicious, well prepared with seasoned fries. The rest of the menu needs improvement but the burgers are worth the visit.
Friendly staff and good food. Pet friendly. Spinach salad is excellent. Easy to find and park on Woodside Road.
This is a small but comfortable restaurant with personable owners. The food quality was great - my spinach salad was made with tender, baby spinach dressed perfectly with a warm bacon dressing. The dressing was light and tasty. It had fresh almonds and small slices...of lime that were unexpected and refreshing. The French Onion soup, as described by other reviewers, was excellent. My husband had the Coq Au Vin which was was fork tender and perfectly seasoned. We enjoyed our dishes so much that we decided to have dessert. The homemade cheesecake was outstanding with a thick crust and a creamy, light cheese middle. The topping was light and tasty with just a splash of cognac to finish it perfectly. Fantastic.More
French owner. Classic American food, like burgers onions rings ect. Not expensive, the owner is very pleasant. Good place!
