Over the years we have become less impressed with food and service. Quality of food has declined at the willows location and the service is spotty. The experience is hit and miss.

I came into this Black Bear because they are usually reliable wherever you go. I had a nice experience here in Willows and would recommend it! I ordered a Denver Omelette. He was attentive, knowledgeable of the menu and had a fun sense of humor. The salads are gigantic and very fresh. We actually chose to stay in... More
