We decided to stop in here on our road trip after reading some good reviews. They were right! The french dip was so delicious! My son had the vegetarian sandwich and he said it was great too. Cute little place with friendly service. Glad we stopped here!

We feel so lucky that we got routed around the Fourth of July parade and ended up driving by the Loose Caboose Cafe! The sandwiches were incredible. I had the BLT, my wife had the extreme veggie. The daughter of the owner happened to be working that day and both her and her mother were very sweet and charming. We're... More

We would never have found this cute little place if it hadn't been for other reviews. We were not disappointed. The French Dip sandwich was one of the best I've had. And a delicious salad made lunch perfect! Very friendly atmosphere, helpful waitresses. Crowded, which speaks well for its reputation. There was outdoor service as well as cozy booths inside.... We were hungry. The food was excellent. The service was excellent. Friendly staff and attentive for refills etc. We enjoyed the place. Its a nice interior. I like separate bathrooms. I fell that just because you can get away with it legally doesn't mean you should. This place was a nice stop on our journey.

Good food, great people. We felt welcomed and it was a like a family get together. I felt like if I sat their for a few days I would know everyone in town.

This is where the locals eat, driving through town you would never know its there. Good hot sandwiches, and a decent veggie sandwich.

Good stop for lunch on route 101. Seems to be popular with the locals. Nice little patio with funky railroad decor. Good food at a good price. We ate the French dip and a salad. Pleasant staff.

My wife and I ate here for lunch on a road trip up north. I had a delicious meatball sandwich and her chicken pesto sandwich was also very good. It was lucky we got there a little before noon (Wednesday) because there weren't many seats available by 12:15. Great little busy lunch spot.

Good menu and nice people. Good, friendly service. There are specials but menu does not change a lot. The Loose Caboose is popular with locals.

Thank James K
