When 9021Pho was by Russell Ranch we used to go there at least once week. The place was great, the service was great and the food excellent. Since they moved to The Lakes it's been a disaster. The place and cold and has no flair. The service is not what it used to be and the food doesn't even seem... More

The setting is beautiful. It is a fusion Asian Vietnamese food. It is definitely caters to local people like the Americans. The fish is really good and impressive quality. Overall is very good to have a trendy asian food in town.

The best vietnamese restaurant in the Westlake area. The Pho is amazing as well as the featured dishes. I highly recommend this restaurant.

9021PHO just opened in Thousand Oaks. I was there on the second day of their opening. Chef Kim was also there. To give a credit, it run fairly well for their second day. However, in my opinion, the food is somewhere between Very Bland and possibly a Hint of Vietnamese, although I didn't taste the Vietnamese part. The restaurant Dining... More

My mom and I come here all the time. Since were both Vietnamese we always like to see Vietnamese restaurants in Ventura County (which is quite rare). We usually first get the the trio of appetizers to share. We usually get spring rolls, crispy rolls, and dumplings, but you can many other things too. Then we get what this place... More

Cute little, expensive, authentic Thai restaurant. The food was excellent but skimpy and pricey. We had a combination of different pho (Thai soups) and salad dishes. All were good, well prepared and presented and very tasty. But! Wait staff was pretty and friendly, but very unhelpful in deciphering the menu dishes and describing what they were. We took several chances... More

Nothing special, but it is a nice change of pace for asian food in the area. The shrimp appetizer and crunchy egg roll were our favorites, although they are very small and not enough to share. Service is attentive. It is a very casual, cafeteria feel dining room.

It was ok, nothing to dislike, but nothing outstanding. We were in search for a Vietnamese meal and this was the closest in the area that we were in. The service was good, the restaurant pleasant, parking not a problem. The only item that I find a fault with is that I have had better Vietnamese food in other similar... More

I wanted to like this place. I love Asian food and particularly love Pho, the Vietnamese noodle soup. The restaurant is nicely decorated and looks good, however the food is only average. This is the only Vietnamese place in the area. There are places in Simi that are much better and cheaper.

Refreshing stop... Healthy food, quick, great service, and great sidewalk cafe to watch the comings and goings in Beverly Hills!
