Stopped in one evening and shimmied up to the bar to try this place out. It was happy hour and I tried a couple of their cocktails after some recommendations from the friendly bartender. Then snacked on some food and everything was great. It's a beautiful place inside with a really welcoming atmosphere. The bar had a good crowd but... More

Very rustic setting, with semi-outdoors seating. Tapas style with multiple choices. Out waiter Jake was very knowledgeable and had great suggestions. The roasted leg of lamb was excellent as was the duck and the pork ragu. Three mains plus 3 or 4 sides was more than sufficient for our group of 5.

Hidden behind a fence covered in plants on Sunset Boulevard is an amazing gem. Fantastic for couples or groups of friends this restaurant has some of the freshest food and flavor filled menu that we all adored. It was impossible to choose a favourite dish as everything we had we loved. Service was outstanding and all the staff were great... More

Eveleigh is beautiful. Rustic design, outdoor sitting, the place is really cozy and romantic (if you go there for dinner like we did). The food though.. was disappointing. We got the "Bravas potatoes" and the Burrata dish. The potatoes were so deep fried that you couldn't even guess what you were eating. Tasted like coal. The Burrata was OK, even... More

Fun environment and great tapas style dinner to share. Wait staff fun and knowledgeable. I could have just eaten sides of all variety ... potatoes, rainbow carrots, barley risotto. 😃

Many restaurants lose their edge when they aren't the new kid in the block but Eveleigh is better for it. The wannabe crowds have moved on to the latest hot opening leaving a relaxed atmosphere of staff and guests who know what's really good. The extraordinary selection of whiskies demonstrate the desire to deliver the best raw ingredients. The excellence... More

Love the rough-hewn wood building that houses this half bar/restaurant, half restaurant, some tables with a view of the twinkling lights of L.A. An energetic young crowd comes for the cocktails, friendly service and farm-to-table cuisine that ranges from grass-fed hog butchered into a variety of chops and steaks, and fresh pastas with crab, to fresh king salmon and a... We found Eveleigh accidentally when we were wandering on Sunset looking for a place for a late afternoon drink during a trip to LA in 2015. The vibe at the bar struck us immediately as just right--a kind of low key rock n roll cool for the 21st century. The bartenders were friendly and engaging and the cocktails were excellent.... More

Staying in West Hollywood

Neighborhood Profile
West Hollywood
For years, West Hollywood has been known as a hub for the LGBT communities in Los Angeles. Today it still maintains the title, but has also become the “it” neighborhood for the entertainment industry’s up-and-comers. Producers, directors, writers and aspiring actors call this area home. Known for great boutique shopping, vintage clothing stores, home décor shops and fitness studios, West Hollywood is a grid of wide boulevards and narrow residential streets. The neighborhood also has a concentration of the most avant-garde restaurants in Los Angeles (rivaled only by the burgeoning restaurant scene Downtown). A trip to the iconic Sunset Strip, with its many clubs, music venues, hotels and flashing lights won’t be forgotten.
