I have eaten here many times. I enjoyed one server who called everyone lovely. She is no longer there because she talked to clients too much. I happen to like the conversation with her as it made it feel like home. The food was good and timely so I miss the friendliness she brought.

We were camping nearby and was surprised how few decent places to eat there seemed to be. We decided on breakfast here and were not disappointed. Blueberry pancakes were fluffy, large, and full of blueberries. The bacon was a little too crispy for my liking. Eggs were cooked the way I specified. Coffee was OK, not great. Service was attentive.

Good food, long lines. This is a very popular weekend breakfast spot. We enjoyed the food and service was good considering the place was packed. Be prepared for a wait if you go on the weekends and sometimes during the week as well.

HW and I stopped for brunch in this one of a kind retaurant. The decor spoke of the west and the collection of roosters (Cocks) were everywhere. HW ordered the Barret Special, 2 eggs over hard with bacon and biscuits and gravy. The biscuits and gravy was a meal within itself. I ordered the special-grilled salmon with 2 eggs over... More

My family has been here a couple dozen times for the last 2 years. It's an hr drive from where we live but well worth going out of town for. Originally I ordered salmon but very soon after switched to skirt steak & have been addicted since. Yes we have tried the other places in Watsonville that are also known... More

First I am a critical son of a gun when it comes to food, service, constancy etc. I give a place one chance. Thats it. You win or you lose. This place is a winner. I eat here as often as I can. The food is always perfect. Always. It is ridiculous how every meal comes out beautiful and without... More

We eat at Cowboys often. The food is always plentiful and the quality is consistently great. The same servers are present and watch carefully to meet your needs. Paula, the owner, has a winning smile and is busy taking care of customers. The lunch menu has several good salads as well as many hot sandwiches.
