very disappointed in this rather high priced meal I was really looking forward to 'the longest salad bar in PEI' but it turned out to be a whole lot of nothing fake bacon bits, seafood chowder that tasted like it came out of a can ... they didn't even take the time to cut the lettuce and the desserts were... Went with some friends. Salad bar was all boring staples and badly executed. Every aspect was clearly just good enough to stay open. Had a really nice waitress. The only part of the experience that had some effort in it. 75$ +drinks for a couple with only one of us having lobster. Total rip off, I've paid 10$ for better... More

The worst restaurant I have visited in our two week visit. I had better $15 dollar lobster meals sitting on a shoreline compared to this loud and poorly prepared meal that cost $45. When we asked about gluten free they had no idea besides the plain vegetables were gluten free and the soggy pasta salad had gluten.

Dinner at Fisherman's Wharf has been a family tradition with each visit to the island. Need to mention that we are not seafood fanatics but couldn't skip a lobster dinner as an experience! You order your food and pay as you walk in and wait to be seated. Don't worry if there's a line, it goes quickly. There's 1lb or... More

It was a cultural experience! Lol the volume of happy eaters was deafening and the food worth every second of it, the salad bar was kept topped up with an abundance of choices! The staff was superb (Thxs for the upgrade) and attentive. Them mains were prepared to perfection.

But seafood should be better right on the water. I was proven correct later on in the trip. This place had a cattle call feeling about it, which I guess I should have expected as part of a bus tour. It was all mass production, belly up to the buffet and fill'em up style. Our waitress seemed overwhelmed, even though... More

Melted butter served in little paper cups that are set in a plate full of steamed/boiled seafood means that the paper is going to weaken and tear and the butter is going to drain onto the plate. The lobster was a little overcooked and overpriced. 3 adults and 3 kids was $140 and only one of us got lobster. I... More

I heard so much about Fresh Lobsters that my expectations were really high. Some reason I thought having fresh food here would be cheap and really so much better than back home. I can only say the price was no deal at all. The food was fresh but I am not sure if there was any real difference having lobster... More

A Caravan tour of forty six arrived for dinner on a Tuesday evening. The restaurant offered a great choice of scallops, lobster, haddock, shrimp and Blue Island Mussels. NY strip steak and chicken round out the menu. Advertised the Island’s longest salad bar at 60 feet, I was not disappointed! I’m not sure I’ve seen a salad bar as long.... More

Every year we go to PEI and return to the Fishermans Wharf. The price is right for the amount of food you get and the service is always great! Love it!
