Went to Tommy's for my Mom's birthday. The food and wine were delicious...especially the meatloaf. The staff was awesome and very helpful. Definitely would recommend eating at Tommy's if you're looking for a nice place to eat in Visalia.

This is a beautiful restaurant in a great central Visalia location. Everything else about Tommy’s is disappointing. We ate with friends tonight and arrived at 5pm and the place was nearly empty. We were eating lite so only ordered 2 wedge salads and a coconut...More

While pricey, the quality and service used to be excellent, but it has fallen off overthe years. Last night was the last straw. The service was poor and slow. While they said that it was busy, there were several empty tables and it was a...More

This dining experience was ok. Just ok. Nothing great. Our server was very good- attentive without hovering. Tommy's has a nice wine list and a good bar. One of us ordered a blended margarita, but had to change it to the rocks upon being notified...More

The food was greasy and sloppy. Yeah, you get 'loads" of it, but the quality not there. The tacos were a fail, not authentic and loaded with bad salsa. The lettuce wraps so spicy, dripping in red sauce, not in a good way. The meatloaf, a literal...More

Tommy's is touted as being one of the better restaurants in town and while its "ok" it's just that - "ok". The food is adequate and the staff are quite nice but I think it needs work both with the standard of food and capabilities...More

My friend and his wife were back in town. Went to Tommy's on a Saturday night, not that busy. We had a great time. Catching up with friends over a leisurely dinner is the best. Both the service and the food is top notch. Go...More

Positive - Location (downtown Visalia) - staff (attentive and nice Especially Miguel) - environment (classy and well decorated) - food (well cooked, plenty of choice, big portions) - price (not that expensive, paid 30$ per person)

My first visit here for dinner, and it was yummy. Service and drinks were good as well. I had nachos and they were very good. I have no complaints and would most definitely be back. The place had a good vibe and the atmosphere was...More
