We came into town a bit after lunch and before dinner so we headed for the Creamery. We shared a cheese board and the deviled eggs along with a beer on tap. Great service and very good cheese.

I was not expecting on finding this gem during my road trip North of San Francisco. A friend recommended I stop and glad I did. Big selection of cheeses, ice creams, wine and soft drinks. The restaurant menu looks good, but we didn't stay for...lunch. The servers give information on the offerings in a laid back manner. Lots of reasons to stop here. Perhaps you are driving up to the Sonoma Coast from the Bay Area. You got an early start to beat the traffic. But these days, no start is early enough to beat the traffic. This is the place to...take your break. Really nice Mochas, using better chocolate than Peets or Starbucks. Wonderful baked goods. No, the food and service don't match, say, the Terrapin Creek Cafe. But it's open, the staff is friendly, and Terrapin Creek Cafe is another fifteen miles and probably not open.More

We stopped in on a whim as we were driving by, hoping to pick up some decent cheese. We were shocked by how delicious all of the baking was! We had a focaccia, scone, and baguette. The focaccia was chewy with perfect amount of toppings,...the scone was flaky and buttery, and the baguette was Montreal-quality. The cheese was good too, but it's the baking that we'll come back for!More

I will never go back to this place. There were flies all over inside. Two employees were going around with fly swatters, swatting and killing flies on the tables and the bar. They were even walking around with dead flies in the swatter! They’d wipe...with a very quick swipe of a damp cloth that they said had been dipped in a bleach solution. This is unsanitary, violates food safety laws, and is unacceptable. Flies carry all kinds of diseases. It takes a strong bleach solution a minimum of two minutes to really clean. There shouldn’t be any flies inside in the first place. Anyone in the restaurant business needs to pass a food safety class, which includes what is necessary to keep flies out. The door was open to the food preparation area; and, I could see flies on the preparation counter and on some bread that was left out. Also, a customer (or an off-duty employee) was walking in and out of the food prep area with his drink, eating a slider, wearing his sunglasses. Tomorrow I will call the agency responsible for inspecting restaurants to complain about the fly situation.More

This is a very pleasant cafe and creamer. It has a limited menu but the choices are attractive. We had the meatballs and ham and cheese sandwich. The meatballs are two large ones that fill one up. Their taste would improve nicely with some spicing....The meatballs came with delicious asparagus and small slices of cheese. The sandwich came on a delicious bread. The prices are reasonable. One can have milkshakes and other drinks.More
