First. the good. The chips weren't bad. Waitress was cute. So much for the good. I ordered a 3 item combo and a glass of iced tea. Chips, salsa and bean dip were brought to the table. chips were fine. salsa was pure salt and the beans, were just refried beans. Not sure how they were special dip. My 3... More

I am in the Tulare/Corcoran area for work again this week. We decided to walk over to this local Mexican spot for dinner. The food was very good. I had chicken fajitas and my colleague had a taco salad. Both dishes were delicious and very reasonably priced. I also had a frozen margarita, but it wasn't very good. The inside... More

I have been here twice and the food is not good. There was no flavor to the food, staff was pretty good.

We used to live in Tulare and always loved eating at Chilito's. Passing through Tulare was a perfect excuse to drop by of our favorite restaurants. The atmosphere reminds one of a 'south of the border' restaurant and is distinctively decorated. It is a medium size restaurant but seems to cater to large family gatherings and parties. It is not... I have now tried this twice and that was once to many. Food is so bland, no flavor and just not what I call good Mexican. Don't waste your time or money.

We stopped here for a drink. Great Cadillac margaritas. The bar is not separated from the dining area and the acoustics are not great so if you want a quiet intimate dinner this is not the place for you. Nice wood furniture and friendly staff.

It's a very nice place with great patio. Unfortunately there's no separation of the bar and the main dining area. The night I was there, several people were very loud, cursing sailor style. It's apparently popular with the locals as a couple of the groups at the bar knew each other. There was an older couple near me and they... More

A restaurant with a drive thru usually screams "Fast food". I decided to go in and see the place for my self. I sat at the bar and the owner brought me a menu. He offered me a beer while I browsed, offer accepted I sat and looked at the menu. I noticed that the place was full of Mexicans...well... More
