Not the best sushi i have had. But I am spoiled, for ten years i Lived next door to a sushi master. But in a pinch it would not be bad. Rolls could have been rolled tighter. My rolls kept falling apart while eating. The bento box is average also. Prices for sushi were a little high $5.00 for a... More

You need to try Healthy Japan for excellent fast Japanese food. Good sushi rolls and Bento boxes served very fast. Amazing quality for a small restaurant. Kind of hard to find but it is in the Vallarta parking lot.

I was a loyal customer of this restaurant since it opened. I will NEVER visit it again. Th quality of the food has grown consistently more erratic over the last year. The service has deteriorated even more. Unknown to me they recently stopped including wasabi and ginger in to go orders. When I opened the bag at home I called... More

I have been a loyal customer of Healthy Japan since it opened. However, I will NEVER eat there again. The quality of the food has steadily declined over the last year; it's very inconsistent and the service has become very poor. Recently they decided they were throwing away too much ginger and wasabi so they no longer include it in... More

I've been going to Healthy Japan for over six years, so I know their sushi's okay. But their teriyaki chicken bowls are amazing! I always order a teriyaki chicken bowl with NO veggies. Of course you get way more teriyaki sauce and chicken (which is better than cabbage and a few slices of carrots). The reason why I give the... More

You can't go wrong with a teriyaki chicken bowl and some veggies. Even better is the udon soup! The sushi isn't the best, but it really isn't bad either. Give it a try!

This place is dirty, over-priced and does not even resemble any type of actual "Japanese" cuisine. My food smelled like a dirty dishwasher and had obviously been pre-made earlier that day and sitting around for quite some time. Not healthy, not sushi, not good.

Not sure where the bad reviews are coming from, but I've been coming here for three years, always with friends and have never been disappointed with food or service. Always great! I've had sushi from coast to coast and this is above the norm. Very fair prices and an amazing quantity of food.
