This place was great. Saw it on here and decided to stop. Very clean and super friendly. The prices were reasonable and portions good. Family friendly

I ordered steak and eggs for $7.99 I asked for medium rare, but it seemed to be medium well, anyway it was a really good steak, and I had ordered biscuit, they brought me bread, I told them, and they brought a huge delicious biscuit. I also got the cream cheese claw, which was excellent, mmm.

The food is very good. Service is great. Big portions. The thing I like most is that the servings are so big you can sher and they will split it for you before they bring it to the table at no extra charge.

We were on a road trip while we stopped at this place. Nothing special about it. I don't even remember what I had in here. This means that it wasn't bad but nothing in special to remember. Typical American food. They serve breakfast all day.

Portions were large for the price and the food was good but not great. Service was average. The decor was average. I wouldn't look for another one but also would not refuse to go again.

My sons and I found the Black Bear Diner in Tulare quite by accident several years ago and have looked forward to the opportunity to stop there every chance we get. Any time we come through the San Joaquin Valley we have stopped in and finally included The Mommy just last week on our way home from Yosemite. Casual atmosphere... More

Great friendly staff and lots of food on the plate. You have to make a U turn if coming off the freeway.
