We ate a very large lunch elsewhere so wanted a lighter dinner. We each had a breakfast meal that was cooked just right and had good service.

This was a nice break from the rather dated La Quinta inn we stayed at adjacent. One of the more modern Ihops, very clean, great food, nice staff, easy to find and park.
The pancakes and other food were good and hot, but after ordering the food took a long time to arrive as did the re-orders on the all-you-can-eat (or all-you-can-wait-for) pancakes. The server was friendly. Don't go if you are in a hurry.
It seems that every single time my family and I come out here, we always get cold food. The meal doesn't come out all at once as it should. It take about 10 minutes to get the rest of our meal, by then the portion...More
It was a busy Saturday morning at the Tulare IHOP. The staff was nice, attentive, and my order arrived in a timely fashion. I had a combo breakfast, eggs, hash browns, crepes, and all was delicious. Definitely recommended!
