Salt and Pepper has settled nicely into its setting on Main Street. A charming little restaurant with a small patio for summer dining offers a diverse menu with fresh, locally grown ingredients. The Chicken Salad is wonderful, as is the Crab Stack. Locals often lunch here or have early dinner before a movie, which is located in the parking lot... More

We used to be locals, and we used to frequent Salt & Pepper (originally called Rooneys) often. Now we live on the other coast, but when we return to the SF Bay area, we make sure to meet friends for dinner at Salt & Pepper. The décor is light and simple (lots of windows on one wall, mirrors on the... More

My husband and I stopped by for a quick bite and drink and ended up staying for awhile in this cozy restaurant. The server was excellent and the food was fresh. We ordered a few small plates to share and were delighted with the crab cakes and a salad of local produce. Highly recommend this place!

Good food - and great portions, even in the starters. Quick service - and this was a near-full restaurant on a Friday night. Not cheap but value for money. Seafood stew, fried calamari, salad and their rib-eye highly recommended!

On a rainy day- had the clam chowder and the crab melt. Everything was fresh and tasted amazing! Wait staff very attentive - wife had the crab stack (amazing as well)- be sure to get the hot fudge sundae for dessert.

I wouldn't say this is the best place in Tiburon, but if you like something you see on the menu outside, you won't go wrong here. Service is fine and the food is good.

The Salt and Pepper was one of the best restaurants I have ever eaten at. Its small, but has nice views of Main Street, and a great atmosphere. The servers were very kind and friendly, and even made us laugh. I highly recommend it.

No Boxing Day leftovers here, but a delightful dinner with roasted chicken and Moraccan pork chop. Our sever, Alberto was exceptional!

Charming Tiburon has several great eating places ,some with bay views -this doesn't but it doesn't need it .It's on lovely Main St and the food and service is worth the visit.Do try the Reuben sandwich -always a mark of a good venue to my mind. The staff are helpful and friendly and make you feel welcome. It's open for dinner and... Instead of a sea/bay view on a chilly day, we opted for the charming Salt&Pepper because the posted menu sounded so good. It was. We both had the soup du jour, bean vegetable, which was basically a very rich minestrone. My companion had the grilled scallop salad - very generous with many sea scallops - and I had the seabass...
