We went on the recommendation of a local resident, super friendly people, and we ordered by what they suggested. Sauce on both dishes ordered was bland. My dish had onions, which is fine, except onions were large chunks, no garlic flavor. I ate most of...my meal, as did my husband, but we both went after it with salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and parmesan, several times to get a little seasoning. Second picture is all onions at the top.More

We've been going to Milano's since it opened, it has always been consistently good. The pizza is excellent, great pasta dishes and a killer cheeseburger. We go here frequently and the staff is friendly and helpful, especially Dolly. The dessert list has a lot of...yummy treats, sometimes its hard to decide what to choose. We always see a lot of the neighborhood here, its a popular place.More

This review is based on four visits. Finale: "If the food doesn't get you - the flies will..." Due to close location to a friend's home, we have dined in the bar area three times and the quiet restaurant once. Never a great experience. No...reflection on the bar - but on two occasions very inebriated men, seated at the bar, out-yelled one another about their boats etc. Most recently, the bartender spent more time killing flies with a zapper than serving drinks. Ugh.More

Now that downtown Tiburon caters to non-local visitors... it is heartwarming to patronize this great little Italian restaurants where you can hang in the wine cellar/bar and chat with locals (when they're not staring at the two large screen TV's). But really, people want to...talk and connect. And Dalia and other regular bartenders truly bring it home by making you feel like you're at home. We love coming here. Sometimes we dine in the wine cellar/bar and sometimes in the adjoining restaurant all decked out to make you feel like you're sitting in Italy. And when you're really lucky, you get to hang with the owner who has kept this special place going for at least 30 years or more. Many stores have comes and gone in this strip mall, but Milano's is finely anchored... locals have loved it for a long time.More

Doesn't look like much from the outside yet the interior is both tasteful and has a definite comfortable old world feeling. The servings were large, the food surprisingly good and reasonably priced Although quite full the noise level was tolerable and we could have a...quiet discussionMore

The food was old fashion Italian as I say not designer, real red sauce. Meatballs were excellent , same as chicken parm and gnocchi was good. The pesto pizza was good , but I prefer a thinner crispier crust

The Bar is like cheers and the Restaurant is like home. For over thirty years the owner, Roger, has greeted everyone like friends and relatives. He strives to present food that is appealing and authentic. Soups are fresh and original. Pizza is consistent and the...oak fired pizzas are really good. Pastas and sauces are good. Chicken parm is a winner. Veal is good. Petrale sole is a favorite of many. Eggplant parm is my favorite. Don't forget to check for specials that change seasonally. Bottle wine prices are fair and the best way to go because you don't have to wait for seconds. Pizza bread and garlic bread are a plus. Ciao/chow, bella!More

The house pizza sauce is so good I usually ordered the cheese pizza so that other toppings wouldn't crowd out the flavor. The house salad dressing is WOW as well. I haven't been there since for a few years but I would recommend giving it...a try.More

Our party of five enjoyed a very nice dinner at Milano's this weekend. The food came out fast and everything we ordered was very delicious. There portions are generous and they have many items to choose from. They also have a kids menu. The service...was very good and our waiter was very attentive though the place was getting busy on this Saturday evening.More
