About
The concept was formulated by what our parents used to tell us that we could go somewhere and do something fun as long as we "BE GOOD". However, we also know that the places we take our kids are not always fun and exciting for parents and adults. That is why we decided to create Be Good Temecula.

DO NOT EAT AT THIS RESTAURANT! They think that because they are busy now, they do not have to give a care about their customers. aI tried to make reservations for 9 about 2 weeks ago. I was told that they do not make reservations...on the weekend. So I decided to give it a try as a walk in. The greater at the front of the restaurant told me that they would take my request but they could not make any promises. "You should have make reservations" I said I tried but I was told you do not make reservations on the weekend. The staff member said, no that is not true but we do not have many available for a party that large. I gave them my nunber so they could call me when our table was ready. That was at 5:30, I got a call at 9:45pm. So I again tried to play the game. I called today and requested a reservation for three weeks advance notice. I was told again there were no reservations unless I could bring 10 people or eat at 4pm. COVID WiLL BE OVER ONE DAY. WHAT WILL RESTAURANTS WITH BAD POLICYS AND BAD MANAGEMENT DO.....More

Stopped by on a Monday at noon at the 1909, which had been recommended to us. It was a nice atmosphere, but was not up to my expectations. I thought there should have been more menu meal choices. The service was excellent, but slow. The...Reuben sandwich was much too dry, not really edible. We mentioned it to the waiter, he said he would tell the cook, but he did not adjust the bill accordingly. Also, the broiled chicken in the chicken sandwich was a bit tough, The draft beer was good. Likely will go elsewhere next time in Temecula.More

My friends and I were in town for a wedding. We drove through Old Town Temecula before heading home to grab some lunch. We found Stone Church Brewing and as we ordered our beers the nice girl said mentioned the partnership with 1909. With a...quick scan of the qr code we were off and ordering. Ordering was a breeze and our food arrived with 30 minutes... Awesome. Started off with deep fried deviled eggs which were amazing. The 1909 burger.... Probably the best burger I have ever had. Delicious, juicy and cooked to a perfect medium. Came with fries but can get them bacon infused for no extra charge! Sold. My friends order the shrimp crab empanadas which he loved and the cranberry white cheddar vinaigrette salad. Huge delicious salad. Since it was delivery and such a big salad could have maybe used one more extra dressing. We also ordered the shrimp ceviche which we haven't touched since we were so full. But a short hour ride home and we will try it them. I'm sure it's gonna be delicious. Can't wait to come back and give 1909 another visit.More

Places to go are limited so I ended up here by default. Seating was plentiful outside. I had see through coffee also known as colored water. In the glass mug you could see through it. I chose the salmon. It was very attractive. The first...bite was egg with shell which just ended my enjoyment. The salmon which was plentiful was salty. Service was indifferent once the food was served. Why did I bother going back?More

Met a friend for lunch. Very nice the way they set up many tables in the blocked off street to allow to accomodate more diners since all have to be seated outdoors to dine. Misters were going and tables were all socially distanced. Place was...super clean. I ordered a chicken sammie, the chicken was flavorful but the rest of the sandwich was a little on the greasy side for me, as is most of the items on the menu. I chose fries as my side and they were pretty cold and limp so needless to say I only ate a few. Service was quite good though. This place was not my choice and I was treated by a friend so It's ok.More

1909 was a good choice to dine. They had their outdoor tables socially distant and fine mist spraying from an overhead spritzer was refreshing .I loved my goat cheese and spinach salad, my husband enjoyed his shrimp ceviche and saku ahi tuna tartar and our...friend enjoyed her cilantro lime fish tacos. The waist staff was very attentive.More

There were a lot of people waiting for tables since they weren't able to fill the restaurant to capacity. It was a little uncomfortable since people weren't wearing masks or socially distancing. Once we got to our table it was much better. They took our...temperatures and all staff were wearing masks. The food and drinks were very good and the service was excellent.More

They had me at bacon. Once I saw they had a Bloody Mary called the “carnivore” I KNEW what was for dinner. Adam made me a beautiful Bloody Mary with, beautifully cooked bacon, a piece of cheese, olive, roasted garlic, and a crispy fried chicken...wing. It was amazing, I had no room for another thing, might check them out for dinner. I WOULD RECOMMEND this place.More

We looked around for somewhere simple to eat and found a local pub called 1909 in Old Town Temecula. It’s a small bar and grill with an outside porch overlooking the main street. My wife and I shared a grilled cheese sandwich (Rustic grilled cheese;...asiago, smoked Gouda, fontina, sun-dried tomato, sautéed spinach, red onion, garlic and thyme on a multi-grain sourdough bread; fries $13). It was actually very good. The cheese was cheesy and very tasty. The fixin’s good. And the bread quite hearty and tasty. Fries were fine but not memorable. Sitting on the porch overlooking the main drag was nice. Service was a bit distant and spotty. Disappointing. The server was pleasant but not overly jovial or engaging. And just was not around much. I hoped for more.More
