Our entire meal was amazing and service was too. We were thrilled to be dining in the scenic vineyard location and then the excellent service and delicious food made our dining experience so special that we will return again and again! There was live music playing but not too intrusive to talking among ourselves. We were seated immediately at a nice table with the best views. We will return many many times.

Delicious breakfast, I had eggs, bacon, hash browns, and toast, everything was perfect and presented well.
The burritos were delicious too and also the waffles.
My cappuccino was perfect.
I was very impressed with the quality of the food and service.
It took a while for the food to arrive but that’s what is expected when food is made to order, this is not a fast food restaurant.
Highly recommend.

Didn’t have a res which was needed for tastings and lunch. Was admitted after 30 minute wait. Excellent food and service as well as nice wine selection. Fried calamari app was very good . Would like to come back for dinner.

I hate when you walk into a restaurant at the exact time they are opening (8:00 am, which is way too late for a hotel breakfast restaurant) and then immediately ask if you have a reservation even though completely empty. Several mornings they did this, we said no but we are staying here at the hotel and they acted like it was a complete inconvenience. They did find us a table in the empty restaurant. Food was good but overpriced for breakfast. Service was slow each day. Then to top it off, during our entire meal, the restaurant that was so inconvenienced by us not having a reservation was never more than about 1/5th full. Plenty of tables and plenty of servers. They need to get an attitude adjustment and better serve their hotel customers with better hours and better service.

We went for breakfast and it took about 30 minutes for our order to be taken then another 30 minutes for the food to be served. So about an hour in total. Nobody bothered to explain the delays or to say sorry for the wait. The food was OK. We will definitely not be returning and will instead eat at the resort adjacent to Ponte Vineyard.

My husband and I decided on a late lunch at Bouquet, Ponte Vineyard Inn. We ordered their wines and each of us had a salad. A pleasant surprise was to be entertained by a solo singer pianist in the outdoors patio. The salads were delicious! I enjoyed my sparkling red wine, nice bubbly beverage. The day reminded us of being in Italy in Autumn.

Due to staffing shortages they are only able to service a few tables at a time so call ahead. The staff are friendly, and the food is great.

We had a really nice dinner at Bouquet. Good food, friendly staff, and a table near the fireplace.
If you have dietary restrictions, be sure to check with the staff. The menu notes which items are gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan, but the chef can also modify things as needed. The manager we spoke to was very attentive to allergen issues and went out of his way to make sure we got a good (and safe) meal.
A very happy evening...

We were looking for a nice place to meet for breakfast after kids were dropped off at school. We found good ratings online for Bouquet and wanted outdoor seating with a nice view. We spent $27 for eggs benedict, a latte and a coffee, which normally I would be happy to spend if they were GOOD.. As soon as i bit into the first potato, it tasted like they got the leftovers from yesterday's brunch and tried to reheat them. *I KID YOU NOT* I know how reheated old potatoes taste--these WERE reheated, stale potatoes. Never coming back again. No excuse for trying to reuse old food and wanting to charge like an upscale restaurant. As far as the scenery, it was ok, a view to some mountains, the sound of a waterfall, and they have repetitive recordings of some wild birds coming through some speakers. We were *SO* disappointed. I don't even want to try and give them a second chance. Perhaps their best is served on Sundays. Not coming back.

While coordinating a girlfriends trip to San Diego, I researched the Temecula Wine Country for the perfect outing. Reservations were made in advance for Bouquet. The drive was easy as we arrived during the wine festival weekend.
Walking through the automated doors into the welcoming lobby at Ponte Vineyard Inn, we were greeted by friendly staff. Once seated on the outside terrace with breathtaking views, I was confident that it was the perfect place for our ‘Girlfriend Gathering’. Staff was attentive and the meals were delicious with refreshing champagne mimosas on the 85 degree afternoon. Every view was a photo opportunity. I met several couples celebrating anniversaries/weddings. A visit next door for wine tasting, where I think I left my decorative fan, was festive and lively. Next time, I will stay overnight for the full effect. Cheers!

Enjoyed our stay at the resort and the meals match the location. No complaints about getting away to this location.

We wanted to visit the Cellar Restaurant, but sadly it is closed for rennovations. The manager on duty suggested we try the Bouquet. We were there on a Thursday night, and sadly this restaurant is understaffed. We ordered martinis. We should have known better at a winery, but the Cellar markets itself as the only full bar in the vineyards, so we wrongly assummed they knew how to make a martini. 5 minutes after we ordered our drinks, our server returned and asked us if pear vodka was okay to use in our pear martinis. That should have been a clue. At least 10 minutes later our drinks arrived. Our server apologized for the wait. He stated that they could not find any vodka. 15 minutes or so later our server reappeared with our appetizers. Another 15 minutes or so he reappeared with our salad. And then another 15 minutes or so he reappeared with our entree. And between each course he was nowhere to be found. Sadly there was no bus boy or any other help to be found. I had to go to the bar twice for a refill on water.
They have a good concept with this restaurant. Sadly they are so understaffed, that the concept did NOT work. We have eaten next door at South Coast and never had a problem.

After a long day of driving, we hoped for a quiet and comforting late supper. Since two of the 4 restaurants at Ponte closed at 8:00 pm, we had to choose between the crowded and noisy bar or the HIGHLY expensive Bouquet. I had the appetizer Charcuterie board and the minestrone soup. My husband had Caesar salad and seafood risotto. The charcuterie was good, but the minestrone was awful. The Caesar salad was average, and the risotto was just ok. Wait staff pushed wine in a phony overdone way — we didn’t want to have wine. We ordered water and a Diet Coke respectively. The small glass of water was not refilled. The soup was delivered without a spoon. We waited a long time to order, and no one was in the place. Adding insult to injury was the bill near $100! Don’t waste your money eating here.
