I entered with great trepidation telling my wife what my feelings were.... First it was I have always seen Dukes here and never tried it.... Covid gone everyone going back in the game give it a try and give them some Bizz. I was telling...my wife it looks like a bar that serves bar food not GOOD food.... I dont smell even a hint of Mesquite or fire just bar smell. I have dined all over the world practically and not to boast I know the difference between an Escargot and a ball of snot. PLEASE I WOULD LOVE GOOD FOOD FOR THE MONEY! I ordered the Tri Tip sammich which I read was world class... my honey a burger and to sweeten the deal as I hadn't eaten since the night before Waangs and Zucchini appetizers. I am sorry and I hate to roast anyone for a good try but this was HORRIBLE. I asked for Blue cheese with the zucchini strips... I almost got sick the Blue cheese dressing was rotted like garbage taste!! I am hoping I don't get food poisoning so OK try a wing... They were black on the inside. The bone was burnt and texture of rotting hardwood.... no kidding NON EDIBLE! wouldn't feed this to a swine! It would insult the PIG! I read how humongous the tri tip was and world class. no 5 pieces of maybe dry meat and bread and I was thinking how many quarts of Brew would have to drink to make this palatable... I lost count anyways. So I turned to my sweety whom was also as famished and asked so it is really hard to mess up a burger how is that burger to which she dryly stated I am hungry... Nuff said. I DID get my money back. I wish I could chef them some REAL food. Wish I could have said the best of things... very disappointed and insulted at the same time. Hard to do and somehow Dukes Managed it. I am a straight shooter from the hip and am honest to a fault... message to Dukes! Shake up your play get Restaurant Impossible even!More

We had the wings and the mesquite tri-tip sandwich. They were wonderful! The staff is friendly and efficient, making sure you're satisfied. Of course, they follow the latest health protocols. Bottom line: GO to Duke's!

My daughter and I stopped here for lunch. We used to live nearby and enjoyed coming here for lunch. You order at the counter and then the food is brought to your table. My daughter ordered the California tacos, which have grilled chicken, and I...ordered their tri-tip tacos. They have a chips and salsa bar and the chips were very stale. Although there were only 3 other tables occupied, it took almost 20 minutes to get our order. Not someone I would come back and revisit.More

I am sorry the chips were stale. Our staff would have loved to fixed this for you. Our tacos are made to order so they have to cook the chicken once ordered. It takes a bit more time but worth it for fresh of the...More

After thinking about trying out Duke's for several years we at last made it last night and I'm so glad that we did. We had the nachos and wings for appetizer and I then had a tri tip sandwich with chili accompanies by a margarita....Well the food was great, reasonably priced and the margarita was one of the best I have tasted. My only complaint was that everything arrived at once and having so much food on the table was rather off-putting. That aside we enjoyed our meal, will definitely be back and will recommend it to our friendsMore

This was our first visit to this restaurant. We anticipated a typical restaurant experience, but that was not the case. The layout is typical of many restaurants with regard to space, seating, and the bar. However, it is casual dining. You help yourself to wherever...you want to sit. Servers do not come to the table as the atmosphere would suggest. You go to the bar to place your order. We accepted that situation and continued with our order. I had 1/2 chicken and my wife had chicken tacos. We also ordered margaritas. The portion sizes were substantial and the taste was OK. It was difficult to eat the food because it was served on styrofoam plates and with picnic style plastic forks and knives. The plastic utensils were not substantial enough to adequately cut the chicken. I ended up leaving chicken on the bone. The margaritas were so-so. The pricing was very reasonable, which reflected the downsizing in service and minimal quality of the dinnerware. We might consider returning because the food was OK, but it will because we could not decide on other alternative locations in the area.More

I went with a couple friends and the service was awesome and the food was great. I got the friend zucchini and it was delicious. The taquitos are pretty big so you can share. The outdoor patio is the spot. They allow you to bring...your pet on the patio, which I love!More

Service was good, but the food was terrible. The chips were stale and the salsa looked and tasted like was thrown together out of cans. Don't get the ceviche! Guacamole wasn't fresh, it was more than likely out of a 5lb jug...don't need to ever...go back.More
