We ate here while visiting family in the area. Back in the day, my grandmother was a waitress here! Been here several times over the years as a family gathering spot. Food was great too - we ate here for breakfast. Staff is so nice and the portions are huge, it's a must do in Tehachapi

This is a cute little family restaurant and it feels like the locals frequent here. The wait staff call some of their clientele by name.

An old diner that has been maintained but not modernized. Lots of menu choices, clean tables, pleasant service. We ordered sandwiches and enjoyed them. Interesting displays of Tehachapi history.

What a great little place right in the middle of a great little town. Food is hot, fresh, home made and not at all expensive. Good for date night, family outing or just, like us, traveling thru.

My friend ordered the meatloaf and she ate the the whole portion thinking before hand when the plate arrived that she would take half of it home. I ordered the... More

This place is a destination. We went early am so as to see sunrise over the mountains. The town itself is very charming, and the restaurant keeps that flavor. It is filled wi important historical pictures and artifacts. The food was wonderful. Their omelet are to die for, but other food great too. Service was also great. It is a... More
