What a wonderful little place in the middle of no where!! Well worth the drive to get there. The beer is awesome and for a small brewery a great variety. Dan, the brewer, is amazing. He knows his beers and knows what people like. He is always coming up with new ideas. He even brews non alcoholic root beer, which is delicious. Each year we go he has something new going on. Can't wait to see what he comes up with next!

A terrific beer experience. The brewing is done locally and the bar is where it is served. When we visited there were four taps of Death Valley brewing beer and four guest taps (including Golden Road Mango Wheat). The Death Valley beers included an IPA, a Grisette and a Cucumber Light Ale, which was fabulous. The locals are very friendly. The glasses are frosted silver and can be purchased. The brewer is a friendly guy. There’s a cool map of the world where you are invited to place a pin on where you are from if no one from there has visited. I was proud to be the first Sydneysider to visit Death Valley Brewing. Brilliant. The locals also rave about the food next door, but we had plans to eat at Tepoca’s other brewery. You do need to drive between Tepoca Brewing and Death Valley Brewing.

On the way to our hike at China Ranch, I had to stop in this small brewery and grab a growlette (or 25 oz.) of their Peach Habanero wheat beer. Although Death Valley wasn’t quite as oppressive heat wise in April as it is in the long summer, a refreshing short cold beer was a pleasant way to conclude the hike before driving back home to Las Vegas.

This place has a lot of potential but was disappointing. The main room of the pub is taken up by a pool table with a few small seating areas very close to it. When we went, a group was playing pool and it felt like encroaching on a private party (and the balls clacking were very loud) so we sat in the next room over, a tiny space right next to the kitchen. There, two employees were gossiping loudly the whole time with some locals who were sitting at the bar - again we felt like we were interrupting something. The pizza was OK, beer good but expensive at $9/pint. Bathroom was very dirty.

Such a great small place! Dan the brewer was super knowledgeable and great fun to chat with. We tried three of his beers and were very happily surprised with the great quality. Of the two breweries in the area, THIS is the one to try.

I feel this business could be doing so much more. Their beer could be better. It’s ok, but it’s not the best it could be. They have guest taps, which are also just ok as well. I saw other customers unhappy with their products and voice their opinion. We had pizza and a pretzel which was ok. The pizza was a bit greasy. Don’t order salt on your pretzel.

I love lagers not ales. I am so surprised they had lagers. Most places only do ales as they are a two week process and not 6 weeks. Noonday was better than El Perezidente. But I love both. Beers are pricey and no great deal with a growler. BBQ was good. The bbq sauce was a little thin but hit the spit with all the flavors expected. Great casual service and the brewmaster pours your beers. Great spot just before Delights hot springs.

Amazing selection of craft beers in the little town of Tecopa near Death Valley. A couple of great evenings with Jon and his own brewed creations!

A quirky & unusual brewery in a quirky & unusual place. It's a small facility, but has outdoor seating. Excellent craft beers; a different selection each time we go. They occasionally have food (pulled port, burgers, tamales), which is always very good. An out of the way place, but definitely worth the visit.

We saw a sign that read beer and steak. We were unsure at first as we had no cell service to check it out. What a great find! Excellent craft beer served by the craftsman himself Jon! We sipped some wheat wine and pineapple cider. Most excellent. Jon answered all our questions. We dropped in just in time before they close over the summer!!

I love the home made craft beers. john the brew master, closes for the summer so he can travel the world buying his hops and barley for the next season. the beer he makes is amazing, and it is only sold on premises. you can get a growler to go, but just spend the night and come back the next day and do it again. fun people, outstanding beer and totally unique.

What a pleasant surprise it was to find this place. I live in the Pacific North West where craft beers are everywhere, and Death Valley Brewery is a serious contender. I sampled three different offerings, and all three were delicious. If I lived near this place, I would be a regular customer. Don't pass by Tecopa without stopping by Death Valley Brewery; you don't want to miss this place.

After a long day of bike riding we stopped in. Great beer and great atmosphere. I guess I would call it an oasis.
