This is a tiny little place in a beautiful setting on the Truckee River. It's basically got a squishy little patio with a dozen seats, if you plan to eat there grab one quick if you can. When we ordered our pizza I was worried it was going to take forever since we were there on a Saturday during lunch... More

I am not sure if this is a bar or restaurant but one thing for sure is the pizza is terrific. I loved the cheese and the New York style crust was cooked perfectly. We had take out but eating in back by the stream looks like it would be great during warmer months.

I love the menu. The pizza is good and best enjoyed by the slice, at the counter. Each slice is about a traditional slice and a half. The Tacos - all of them, are a little bigger than calle. The tortillas are warmed up in the pizza oven! The staff is nice and friendly. Be prepared, the place is small... More

A group of us ordered to go and the pizza was good as well as the wings. Wish they had delivery, but in this day and age of fast food, this was hand made and good, better than dominoes, which doesn't exict in this area.

My buddy and I discovered this little pizza place many years ago and keep going back every time we're in the north Tahoe area. It really hits the spot after a day at the slopes! The pizza is New York style and has a great crispy crust and flavor. This place is tiny with only about 12 seats or so.... More

We stumbled upon this place on our stay in Tahoe City. Upon coming into the town on hwy 89 you notice it by the nostalgic car out front. We had pizza that night and went there. When I walked in to order the pizza the place had alot of people. Service was very friendly and personable. Had our pie out... More

Had pizza from here mutliple times this last summer/fall. Always a great pizza, fresh ingredients and never a complaint. We tried several local pizza places, by consensus this became the go-to place. Favorites are the Carnivore and the Little Engine. Great place to lounge in the summer outdoors as the rafters are launching and getting organized in their rafts, frequent... More

While visiting Tahoe, we came across this family-owned landmark - and returned three times in ten days. The owner, Kurt, was welcoming and very kind. Among other menu items, we tried the Carnivore, a New York-style pizza with pepperoni, sausage, Canadian bacon, and salami. It was delicious - and worth it! Absolutely try the authentic and fresh Mexican food. (Try... More
