Great service, food is very good. Location is right across from Chamber of Commerce making it easy to check out what's going on that month.

Very popular burger place, salads, appetizers, beer/wine, bar. Atmospheric tahoe lodge feel with lots of old barn wood, relics of past hanging on the walls, wait staff not uniformed well but were friendly and very helpful, "watering hole" atmosphere, no TV, parking adequate, prices $10 range, portions large. Always a stop after skiing.

This is a lively bar on the outskirts of Tahoe city. Well decorated, with an excellent section of veggie burgers and beers, great atmosphere.

Came here with a big group of friends who raved about the Elk Burger, so I was super excited for this place, but it just let us down. Most of us ordered the fabled Elk Burger but the patty was pretty dry and overcooked, the bun was lacklustre and the sauce didn't save it. The sides were OK but the... More

Every year since 1997 my wife and I have been going there every summer with some friends. The last three years it has been crap. Ordered the burgers medium and they come to us like shoe leather. A bacon burger has bacon that looks like it has been on the grill for an hour. Three times of crappy lunch year... More

Food was great. Atmosphere was lovely. Service left a lot to be desired. Really nice people serving, but seemed not to have an organizational plan. We had to stand up to flag someone down to even acknowledge us after 15-20 minutes. Then when we did have our order taken, it was a long wait for food. They were busy I... More

Stopped in after a long day of work in Olympic Valley. Ordered the Cajun Burger and loved every bite of it! The beer is nice and cold too. I'm a fan of trying local brews where ever I go and California has some of the best. Try the 805 Blonde or Racer IPA. Can't go wrong with this place.

Stopped in at the Bridgetender for lunch after it was suggested by a friend. Clearly a great choice. The Cheeseburger was to die for. The atmosphere is fun and the wait staff and crew were informative and fun. Definitly recommend, then you can walk across the street and stroll down to the lake!
