Love the food but tired of showing up there 30 minutes to an hour before closing and they are already closed. Last time I was there at 4:30 and they were already closed. Posted that hours are until 5:30.

When you want a quick note long restaurant wait for a French dip sandwich this is the place for just a bite. The meat is tender and tasty. The portion is good. My only complaint is that I wish it was open later and 7 days a week too!

This is a great little sandwich spot. A bit expensive for lunch between 16 and 18.00 for sandwich drink and fries. Good Au Jus, flavorful beef cut thin.

My hubby and I have been here before and love to visit when we come back to visit our daughter in Sunnyvale. The French dip prime rib is to die for! A must try!

Tasted this last year on my trip to the area. It still taste good this year. Prime rib french dip and glass of root beer is all you need. Advice is avoid the lunch crowd.

This Sunnyvale institution gets busy, so plan ahead. Food: Prime rib sandwich was delicious. Meat had a smokey flavor and was very tender. Fries were tasty. Adamson’s house root beer is sweet but very good. Ambiance: Their building was a fast-food place. Dining area is tiny and always packed. There is a small outdoor patio as well. Place your order... $7 and this would be very good. Meat was good quality although could use more. Toasted bun good. Au jus had some secret ingredient I found boring so that was very disappointing because the bun/au jus experience is the whole reason to get a French Dip. At least au jus didn't have horrible burnt taste you find in a lot... More

Great place for a delicious prime rib dip sandwich! The sandwich shop is small, with only a few tables inside and a few outside on the patio. It gets VERY busy at lunch time, so it's best to go early.

Today I went in and tried the prime rib dip with sauteed onions. It was well presented and and the service was good. Once I tucked into the sandwich is when things went bad. The meat was scarce, dry, lacked any seasoning and the au jus which I figured would have a rich flavor as indicated by the scores of reviews... More

Before writing a place off , I will try it twice. Steady stream of customers, place is clean & fast and friendly service but that is where the good ends. I really wanted to like the tri tip but the meat was mushy, and the sauce left a funny taste in my mouth hours later. And they have limited hours... More
