The menu selection range from tacos, burritos, enchiladas & salads. I ordered the balsamic roasted vegetables with blackened Mahi-mahi. The ingredients were fresh & serving portions are adequate. There are 5 salad selections with a choice of chicken, salmon, mahi-mahi & 2 other protein options. I would go back to try the tacos, burritos & enchiladas.

First time! Clean cool store. Staff was friendly and nice. Service fast. We ordered the coastal trio tacos and baha burrito. Both very tasty and delicious. Would come back!!

I go there first and foremost for taco Tuesday when their excellent fish tacos are marked down. This is not meant to be a five star restaurant but the food is always good, fresh, and sufficient.

Rubios is in a convenient location on Pacific Ave. in the Stonewood shopping area. The food is always fresh and healthy as they use only natural ingredients. Nice outdoor seating as well as inside.seating. A good meeting place for all ages.

I have been here a few years ago and had some great food. This is a nice little Mexican Restaurant and they carry some very tasty entrees. I would say that this is a blend between a sit-down and a fast food restaurant. We love the fish tacos here. The quality is very consistent the service is very pleasant. On... More

This is a great place to go with the family or a large group. They have a variety of choices. I've liked everything I have tried. It is clean and well organized! The staff is incredibly friendly. You get your food quickly and it is consistently good!

The fish tacos are wonderful. I can't get passed the tacos with large pieces of white fish, shredded cabbage, and a white sauce. Their menu is varied and my husband has tried other items and really enjoyed them. Everything is made when ordered so they are fresh. There is a bar with 3 kinds of sauce (mild, medium and hot),... Always a line, tables dirty, small eating area, small servings for the price, no choice in degree of hot sauce in food items.

I like the fact you have a choice of eating in or outdoors. It is a plus for a person who does not eat large meals to order from the child's menu and not be told you can't have that, you are too old or charge me extra for the meal. I have always had a beef taco when out.... More

Haven't been here in a couple of years, even though we love the fish tacos. But, we don't come to Stockton much any more. Well, that is going to change! Great salads added and grilled Mahi Mahi and shrimp tacos/burritos added. Thank you, too, for the marvelous Mango Tropical Iced Tea - yum! Loved the Chipotle Orange Salad with Mahi... More

The first restaurant was opened in 1983 in San Diego by Ralph Rubio and his father, Ray, who started the fish taco phenomenon that spread across the nation. Today, Rubio’s menu has grown from The Original Fish Taco® to include additional chef-crafted seafood recipes that feature shrimp, wild salmon and ono. In addition to sustainable seafood, Rubio’s offers chargrilled chicken and steak, fresh made guacamole and salsas and sauces that are prepared daily.
