The food is pretty good. I've been to other Thai restaurants that may be better, but still enjoy eating here and is great option when looking to eat in South San Francisco. In the evenings it is rarely busy. Tends to be more of a lunch crowd driven by local businesses. They also have free delivery, so a great alternative... More

My company regularly gets food from this place for team lunches etc. at our business location. I've never eaten at their restaurant - so consider that when looking at this review. My take on the food we typically get in big trays is "not so good" - the reason for the so so review. Nothing outstanding in the taste, the... More

I was pleasantly surprised with the taste of my dish: spicy catfish. Having had a thai restaurant myself for 6 years, I'm always very critical when it comes down to thai food, certainly in US ;-). For myself, it was not too spicy, but of course that does not mean it's not spicy for everyone. The fish is fried in... More

I think David Chang once said, "Even bad Chinese food is pretty good." Well, the same applies to Thai. This was far from the best Thai food I've ever had, but still pretty tasty. The papaya salad and spring rolls were ho-hum and lacked zipped, and the pad thai was slightly gummy. The vegetable curry had a good, if subdued... More

We were the first dinner guests on a late Friday afternoon. The restaurant is attractively decorated. We were served water without asking, even though they have posted that you must ask for water. My husband and I each ordered an entree meal to share and asked for two orders of rice--we would have had plenty with one order of rice.... More

The restaurant was very quiet and the atmosphere very pleasant at 5:30 on a Saturday. I started with samosas which consisted of a plate with three medium sized vegetarian samosas, cucumber salad, and a green salad. The interior of the samosas was very finely pureed, with no other texture. Their flavor was good, but bland. I asked for sweet and... More

Average. They show it as "Authentic Thai food". There is nothing authentic about it. It's been butchered to suit the American tastes, nothing wrong with that, but don't say you are authentic Thai when you are not. There is not a Thai person in sight, all the staff and the cooks are Chinese. The proportions are american standard so beware,... More

The menu choices were plenty and easy to read. The wait staff was very friendly and helpful. The prices were less than I expected for the amount of food served.

We ordered take out from Thai Satay last night. The flavor was good, portions large, decent price, but it was missing the chopsticks, hot sauce and soy requested upon ordering. These missing items spoiled the experience. But shame on me for not checking the bag before I left the restaurant.

My wife and I were in the way to SFO intl airport. We were hungry so we took the Grand Ave exit to hunt for a place to eat. This was only about a block up from the start of Grand. It was Thai, and we liked that. We ordered the papaya salad and the Penang Chicken (curry style). The... More
