We went into Sonoma just to walk around town and to use our Groupon for this place. So glad we did! We had so much fun and our hostess was super sweet and knowledgeable about the wines and cheeses. It was a very relaxed atmosphere and we got to enjoy our tasting outside at the picnic tables. We will definitely... More

If you love cheese, salami, wine, sandwiches, etc., then this place is great. It's large and has a tremendous selection of everything. You can order food to eat there, or purchase and take with you to eat at your hotel or in the square. We visited several times during our stay.

You can get a bite to eat or purchase goods to take on a picnic. Building has a wine area but there are no deals in wine here. Olives and cheese are abundant as well as preserves. Perhaps I was expecting more but I was a little let down to be honest.

I've been going here for years, but hadn't been in a long time. The ordering/payment process is very strange - take a number, order at the front counter, go to the back of the store with a buzzer thing in hand, pay, go back to the counter and wait!!! No one seems to be in charge and there's no guarantee... More

The store stocks and sells a variety of goods from cheese to wine to ice cream. We tried some of the cheeses and they were great. We bought a bunch and were really happy. Try the Monterrey jack with garlic. super yum.

Very crowded, hard to manoeuver or to find the actual checkout counter. The one cheese we bought, lavender jack, we did not enjoy, as it had a strangely sweet flavor somehow.

We arrived before the lunch rush during a wine tour. We had an hour and it took 50 minutes to get our food. Only ordered sandwiches. Asked MULTIPLE times and we were told it was coming. Checked with grill area and they said they'd put something extra in a to go box..haha. Many came after us, as it got busier,... More

Drove up from San Francisco and stopped for lunch before enjoying a visit to Domaine Carneros and champagne tasting. Pulled Pork sandwich was very good. Highly recommended.

So many samples and so munch history. Snack heaven, if you don't see a sample of a cheese you are interested in just ask. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly providing us fun history facts about the area and a sample of items like the peppered gouda. There is something here for everyone, chocolate, cheese, bread, and wine, who... More
