We had coffee and croissants here, our traditional breakfast when travelling. The coffee was okay, but the croissant was too heavy and had insufficient butter. I guess that we shouldn't expect French baking from a Danish shop!

Ate tea in the afternoon with grandchildren. Nice pastries. Average surroundings.plenty pastry shops in solving. This one some distance from our hotel. Paula's pancakes serves good breakfast but always had long lines. Shows how good it is!

Actually visited Aug 2014. This bakery is to die for. I ordered a cheesecake for birthday and it was so amazing. Staff was friendly and efficient! Highly recommend.

Stopped by for a coffee (excellent) and had what was probably the best pastry I've ever enjoyed. Delicious!! Give it a try if you're in Solvang.

Terrific place to sample a variety of new, different foods and tasty treats! I tried several different things - don't forget the almond butter ring! It was out of this world!

Friendly staff, but cupcakes were a bit dry, not very moist. The hot chocolate was large and very chocolate tasting. Not always free water - 1 person got a free cup of water, but somebody else had to pay 1 dollar for the cup.

I had a red velvet cupcake and it was not very moist but the icing was good. The downfall came when I asked for unsweetened iced tea and all they had was sweet bottled tea. So I asked for a hot tea and a cup of ice to pour it into to make my own- cost me $2.50 to make... More

I was drawn in for the Illy coffee when I saw it was the brand they served, and then had to give in to my craving when I saw the pastries in the cases. Wonderfully made, just SLIGHTLY over-glazed......but it was easy to scrape some off to enjoy the perfection underneath!
