I have fond memories of Pizza Port in Solana Beach & Carlsbad. Definitely one of the better pizzas in the area. A little bit run down inside & tables could be wiped down more but then again I am a parent of three now (didn't seem to bother me in my college days). The salad potion and veggies were good.... This is a fun place with a patio. It is a good place for pizza and beer. Solana Beach is a little sleepy and quiet but this place is almost always packed and rockin'.

Excellent beer selection, however, there are a lot of kids running around. It's not a bad place, but I'm originally an East Coaster and prefer a different kind of pizza. The pizza was ok, the beer excellent, but the kids running around can get annoying if you're trying to enjoy an adult conversation.

Upon our arrival to the area we stopped in for lunch. My pizza was considerably undercooked and doughy. Topping sparse. We've been to Pizza Port several times in past summers while on vacation in Solana Beach and had better experiences. Their salads are good as are most of their beers. Casual beach vibe.

Here's the place to go for great pizza and beer. Nothing fancy at all -- you sit at long picnic-tables and eat on paper plates. Check out their beers on tap, they're always changing.

It's very close to Fletcher cove and beach , always crowded and the risk no place to sit . We always get pizza to go ,of course after at least 45 to one hour waiting ,but it worst . Really yammy and variety of different types of pizza . It s paste is very thin and light , a lot... More

We were in town visiting family and for dinner we were taken to Pizza Port. The atmosphere was very chill, like most of the coastal cities in SD. They were pretty busy, but that is to be expected on a Saturday. The pizza options are amazing! They have traditional pizzas, but they also have extremely specialized pizzas, as well. We... More

We have been going to the Port sonce the 80's. It has always been a trusty stop after a long beach day. We loved dipping our pizza in the house ranch. Sounds weird but very good.

My wife and I love this place. We lived in San Diego for over three years and never really felt like we had a "California Experience" Well this place is it, right in the middle of beautiful Solana beach. Its funky, its busy, its delicious. Walk up to the counter, order a house made beer and a pizza, wade yourself... More

Located on Hwy 101 across the way from the train station in Solana Beach. It is a place where locals congregate and other flock to after cycling, being at the racetrack, or surfing, etc. They make their pizzas fresh and they brew their own beers, which you can take home in bottles, tall boy cans, or in your nice, clean...
