First time there. The breakfast was delicious and the portions are huge. It's a very cute place. There are bear statues all over outside and bear pictures everywhere inside. They even have a little gift shop.

The best pancakes i've had in a long time I ordered the pineapple upside down pancakes and a banana cream pie for delivery. Both were super delicious pancakes for superman waist with a good amount of both pineapple and cherry as well as whip cream. The banana cream pie was a mini personal pie that tasted really fresh ripe bananas... More

On Friday January 13, my friend and I went for breakfast at one of our favorite’s restaurant for the grate food and service. The setting was fast as there were just a few customers at the time. Our drinks were taken (Diet coke and Ice Tea). However we had to call our server (Kendall) right away as the diet coke... More

I went here with my sister for a late breakfast. I love when a place carries out their brand the way the Black Bear Diner did! There were spinners with Black Bear souvenirs ranging from honey flavored candies to bear claw key chains and more. The restroom had funny bear photos and sayings, and the menu was a little newspaper... More

We've gone to Black Bear several times, usually on the weekends. The food is amazing and the portions are generous. The staff is friendly as well, we've never had a bad waiter. Tip for Sunday's - be prepared for a long wait.

Enjoyed a family style meal with friends!. I ordered the pork ribs with green salad, fruit, baked potato and yummy corn bread. Plenty of roomy seating and enjoyed the menu variety. The ribs a little over cooked but over all still enjoyed our meals.

We both had the bacon, avocado, lettuce, tomato & cranberry toast sandwich & fresh Parmesan kettle chips. The chips were great! I ate only half the sandwich and took the rest with me because I wanted some lava cake. This was my first time at a Black Bear and I am looking forward to coming again.

We stopped here to get something to eat after we landed at the Long Beach airport. This was recommended to us by the car rental company. It was delicious!! We have a new family tradition :)
