My wife and I stayed in Sausalito for three nights and the Inn we were staying at recommended Copita for an evening meal after exploring San Fran all day. Service and food was outstanding. We shared an appetizer, salad with ripe tomatoes and avocado, and stuffed chili peppers. Open air atmosphere with local charm.

Lobster tacos mixed review, one thought that they were great another disliked. Carne asana taco was great and so was papas bravas as appetiser. Great lunch stop before walking back over the golden gate. Reasonable value. Good atmosphere, busy but quickly makes space.

Great restaurant. My wife is gluten free and she had a great night. The whole menu is gluten free ( except the beer :-)) she ordered the crab taco, but was able to take also pieces of our plate, what she never could. Also the desert were great and tasty.

As a local I have always been at a lost for where (and if) to eat in Sausalito. Having friends from out of town and having arranged a sunset schooner sail from the marina, we needed an early supper spot. I chose this because I recalled a review of its hundreds of tequilas and specifically margarittas, and it was directly... More

Dropped in for a late night feed and was that a brilliant idea! Did a sharing menu between the both of us starting with Papas Bravas. The fried jalapeño chili with the potato was just a treat. Fried pork belly taco, and chicken mole. Great service, maybe too many margarita's but a great night. Very much recommend.

We stopped here for a quick lunch and we're so happy we did! The carne asada tacos were THE BOMB!! The margaritas were also delish! But the service is "slowish" so come when you're not in a rush.

We were looking for a place to eat, though it was pretty late. Most places weren't taking new customers. This place was still full and jumping. We were seated with a warm welcome. The food is gourmet Mexican cuisine, not regular tex-mex. But it is very tasty. I had the carne asada and swiped some of my sister's papas brava,... More

We arrived at our hotel quite late... and went out searching for food around 8:45PM. This restaurant was easy to find, was open until 10PM, and served YUMMY food. Kinda gourmet, kinda Mexican and kinda Tex-Mex. Atmosphere was just the right combination of dressy and casual. The open doors with the heaters made it nice... so we got fresh air... More

Stopped in for lunch with the family. Waiter was not a very nice person and could tell she was not happy about serving a family. She would even walk by and ask "how is the family table" in a very sarcastic tone. Kids asked for coke she came back and said they were out and said they he ginger beer.... More
