I had a great visit with my family. Kimia and Jesse (waitress and manager) were very diligent with allergens and made sure there was no cross contamination. We spoke with them earlier in the day and they went in the back to check ingredients. Couldn't be more appreciative. Staff were very attentive, very friendly and very thoughtful. We had a... More

We live in the valley of Northern California and we had too many days of 100 temps. So we went to saucalito to cool off. This restaurant is awesome. I love the cucumber and jicama treat. I love their margaritas and the 24 hour carnitas with fresh home made corn tortillas. The best part was Carlos Santana was dining a... More

We wanted to take a drive over the bridge, so we headed to Sausalito for dinner. We ended up here at Copita. The decor was nice, and it was quite chilled out in there. Although there was nothing bad about the food, it just wasn't memorable. I can pretty much remember every place we ate at during our California road... More

We have high expectation for this Joanne Weir restaurant but it was just OK. On par with our local Mexican joints which are a lot lower in price. Services and decor were good though..

I understand that the food will be overpriced in this location but at least the food could be better. I got the vegetarian tacos and my husband the carnitas. Just do yourself a favor and order the 4 tacos! the tacos are tiny and even if you are a small eater 2 tacos will not be enough, trust me. We... More

Try the margaritas--fresh juice, delicious and not too strong, just right. The chile relleno is NOT fried, and is stuffed with fish. Wonderful. The lamb and tortilla chips are just right.

Absolutely delicious-- make sure to get the fresh salsa and guacamole. I had the vegetarian tacos made on homemade corn tortillas-- they were so good! Great atmosphere!

We came here at the time when everyother restaurant was full with lines out the door. The place looked relatively reasonable from the menu. The Tacos were rather expensive at $12 for 1, $18 for 2. They were fine though flimsy and not particularly filling. The chips & guac were good though the chips seemed store bought. Quesadillas were rather... More

The food is fine. I had two Chicken Tinga tacos. $12. Guacamole. $9. And I live in San Francisco! San Francisco is insanely expensive but I still felt taken advantage of here as it is a tourist site. Again, the food is fine. Not amazing. Too expensive. I'm sure they are just trying to pay the rent for this place.... More

This seems to be a very popular restaurant with locals right on the sea front in Sausalito. We initially called in for cocktails but after a trip to Muir Woods National Monument we decided to call back for dinner. The Bloody Mary's were great as were the Sazeracs. In relation to the food this is a proper Mexican restaurant (actually... More
