So after a late flight and drive, we wake late and want to find food. We walk and consider what food is available. Don't, by the way, miss the loveliest thrift shop I think I've ever seen--3 Monkeys Thrift is run by someone who wants to re-invent charity shops. So we decide to return to the hotel and try the... At first i was disappointed because we had just missed the cut-off for breakfast. But the lobster bisque special was amazing! My hubby had the french dip which was also good. It was a cold, rainy day, and sitting by the fireplace was a nice treat. Our waitress was super friendly and efficient. Looks like it would be a really... More

Ate here 2 nights while staying in town for business. Night 1 - squash soup and spinach salad - amazing. The house dressing is very good. Night 2 - pasta dish with mushrooms and spinach and other veggies with the house salad. A lot of food but very good flavor. The service is excellent. Nice atmosphere after working a long... More

The Brasserie part of the hotel but currently in a separate building on the property. but we were told would be connected by next year. The staff was friendly and attentive and we enjoyed a very nice breakfast, The hot tea made for a nice addition to our meals.

I loved my steak I ordered from room service - top quality - great veggies and delicious. The Gin and Tonic was the finishing touch!

Not much atmosphere in the restaurant. Staff is warm and attentive. Ordered cioppino and wife brasserie burger. My seafood stew was great with wonderful broth and pleantyof seafood. Burger was large and very tasty and had plenty of fries. Breakfast is always good here.

I would say this place is better for meeting up with friends and having a drink than it is for food. The food is okay, but nothing special.

I took my 89 year old mother out for Christmas dinner and she wanted to eat at The Brasserie at the Hyatt. OMG. How far the Hyatt has fallen! The staff apparently thought they were at a party and all night long they bantered loudly back and forth with one another, completely oblivious to the diners. The kitchen is open... More

Entire family loved breakfast. The veggie wrap (tomato tortilla with an omelette, kale, feta cheese) was simply amazing
