Very delicious and interesting dishes. There were four of us, enjoying a birthday dinner. We ordered two of the special appetizer tastings, so we got to try 6 different things there, and a tasting of 3 different ceviches. They were all great. The restaurant is Peruvian. The style is a fusion or mix between Spanish and Pacific cuisine. One of... More

Had never tried Peruvian food before but after seeing the reviews we had to try on our recent trip to Santa Rosa area. What a fantastic experience. Staff was super friendly and welcoming, like family. Service overall was good, a little slow at times but they were busy on a Friday evening. It's a small place so most definitely make... More

This is a quaint little restaurant and the food is amazing!! I had the trout with onions and words cannot describe its yumminess. Then we went down the street for dessert at Frozen Art.

Try the ceviches and the Ají de Gallina. It's small but cozy and the service is great. You can also get take out.

This restaurant gets excellent reviews, and deservedly so, the food is wonderful ! As a group of 4 we all tried various dishes, and we all left very satisfied. Tables are limited, we ended up sat facing a wall (otherwise I would have rated this 5 star). If in the area I would highly recommend a visit.

The food is just excellent and the atmosphere is perfect. You can treat your palate with a variety of delicious flavors and textures, all of them perfectly Peruvian, for a reasonable prize. Fresh and tasty, and a perfect staff, the best way of spicing-up a trip around the North Bay.

My friend picked me up at the Santa Rosa airport and we found this place online. The food was amazing! I had Lomo Saltado with the fries mixed in and the rice on the side. The flavors were so savory. I didn't like the cilantro aioli that was served on the side, but I'm not a mayo fan. The Aji... More

This is a rather small and intimate restaurant, and a bit off the beaten track. The menu is quite broad, with so many choices that it's hard to figure out what to order. You sort of want a half dozen things, but you know you'd hate yourself in the morning. My wife has multiple dietary restrictions, so it isn't easy... More

Description
Sazon is Spanish for "seasoning" and synonymous with incredible Peruvian cuisine! We combine family recipes with great service for amazing dining. Peruvian cuisine is a reflection of Peru's diverse geography, immigrant cultures, and even pre-Inca recipes! With a truly unique fusion of cultures, you'll taste dishes with hints of Spanish, African, Italian, and even Asian cuisines. At Sazon, our family serves authentic Peruvian recipes passed down by our great-grandmother, Maria Olinda, who herself boasted Peruvian, African, Spanish, and Italian ancestry! We invite you to share one of our unforgettable Ceviches with a co-worker at lunch; with 7 to choose from including a classic Ceviche Mango or the Ahi Ceviche Nikei with ahi tuna, you're sure to escape your workday stresses. Or bring loved ones for dinner to indulge in the amazing Pollo a la Brasa, free-range chicken marinated with a house blend of traditional Peruvian spices! Whether you're joining us for lunch or dinner, with friends or family, we invite you to savor the unique Peruvian flavors at Sazon!
