We were seated quickly considering our large party. We had soup without bread, who serves soup without bread? Asked for bread, received it after the soup was finished. Asked if my main order comes with french fries, she said it does and i received it with none. Mixed up our drinks way too many times. Won't be coming back unless... More

We have been to Cafe Crepe a few times, while visiting 3rd Street Santa Monica. 3rd has quite a few overpriced opportunities for eating, but Cafe Crepe us a positive exception. The interior looks a bit dated and could do with an update, but the quality of the food is excellent (try the California Omelett) and the service is attentive.... More

Everything was delicious!!! We had fresh strawberry crepes, a vegetable crepe, and a cheeseburger. We ordered another strawberry crepe because it was so good. My husband thought his cheeseburger was the best he ever had. We ate outside & people watching was entertaining.

Service was a little slow and it wasn't very busy. Crepes were nice: strawberry, Nutella and beef fume. The beef fume panini was very crunchy and dry, a bit overdone.

Had a lunch here and found it very good. It is crepes for most part and that is what we enjoyed. My children has strawberries and Nutella. They thought they were great. I had hot veggies in my crepes. It was delicious. It was light and very good. I would recommend for anybody in the Pomenade area looking for something... More

We went for dessert crepes and an after dinner drink. First they were out of amaretto, then they said they were out of Marie Brizard, and I finally settled on tawny port. The waiter was very apologetic and they did give us nice discount on our bill. The crepes were good, but just not something I'd get very often.

I was strolling down the Promenade and my friend suggested this place for lunch. She was right on target. The crepes were truly delicious and the ambience great. Friendly attentive service.

So good to find this place on Santa Monica Promenade open after arriving from a long haul flight and looking for breakfast. Fresh, fast and Yummy! So good we came back twice, including for dinner.

I would recommend eating at this restaurant. They offered a tremendous variety of crepes but also "regular" food for those that like the standards. The price for 4 of us to eat was $56 and we added on to that a $12 tip so it wasn't too bad.

Thank Christine M

Neighborhood Profile
Santa Monica
Santa Monica is a coastal town that maintains a balance as a tourist destination and as an area with a thriving local culture. On the beach, bikers, roller-bladers, runners and walkers move along the famed bike path enjoying the beautiful Los Angeles weather. The solar-powered Ferris wheel at the Santa Monica pier spins high above the water, while park revelers scream with delight riding the roller coaster. Inland from the beach, Third Street Promenade bustles with shoppers and street performers, where every block seems to have a musical or acrobatic act drawing crowds giving Santa Monica both the feeling of a laid-back beach town and a major commercial hub.
