No complaints. Great way to start the day. Good coffee not that watered down stuff. $$$$ Basic menu comes with lots of add ons. Like Garlic hash browns $4 with breakfast. Once is enough.

We saw this restaurant featured on Guy’s Drivers, Dine Ins and Dives on the Food Network. It was everything and more. The place was quirky and fun. The staff was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about their menu as well as the favorites. The burgers are to die for!! Wish we could have gone back to try the breakfast If you are in the Santa Monica area this place is a must

Love love love this fantastic quirky little eatery. It’s got the most eclectic collection of antiques and curiosities that you could hope to find in a feeding den. We were greeted by the most fabulous Chris, who was warm and welcoming, she gave us a bit of history and Eric made sure we had everything we needed to feast on. Being vego, we were well catered to - I had a veg stacked omelet and basically could quite finish everything it was that big and satisfying. And of course coffee topped up American style, so you never run out. The best!!!

I've been living in the neighborhood since 2012 and have eaten at Patrick's dozens of times over the years. I am sad to say that the quality of the food and service are at a 20-year low. The place is basically a dump with junk strewn about everywhere. I was there earlier this week and when I politely spoke to the manager, she went off and berated me when I pointed out some flaws with the food and service. I don't expect a perfect or even a great experience all the time, but when have legitimate grievances and get an earful in return, it's time to speak up. My eggs were so overcooked, they were crispy; not exactly what you want when you order scrambled medium. I literally begged for a refill of my coffee, which when it finally arrived was warm. There was no soap in the bathroom, not exactly reassuring when you see the cook walking out...

You’re cruising PCH between Malibu and Santa Monica. You’re in the beach groove. There’s Patrick’s and it looks so grungy that it’s got to be great! But no. Burgers are dried out and tasteless.l Despite how funky cool this place looks, just keep on drivin’. Just a flatcar of sadness.

The three stars are for the food but the servers get five stars. We ordered the Hawaiian Impossible burger with garlic fries. The burger was average and the fries were limp and not crispy. They don't serve any alcohol but they allow you to buy your drinks across the street and bring them back to your table.

Meh ... I really wanted to have a great experience here after my beach walk with my friend. We arrived at 9:30am and chose to sit outside (former sidewalk) . Service was -minus 1 star. Coffee is $6 for a regular black coffee. I ordered the Eggs Rancheros which arrived 30 minutes later and everything was cold. I didn't alert the staff because I didn't want to wait another 30 minutes. I was so hungry so I just ate it. My friend ordered an omelet, spinach and feta which was just okay. However my friend told me their burgers, fries and pies are good! If you want to sit on Arnold Schwarzenegger's chair, sit inside. His chair is called There Terminator Chair. I never want to come back here again. The quality of our breakfast was less than a Denny's. My Rancheros cost $20. My friend's omelet was $18. They have valet parking, but since we walked, I don't know the cost of the valet.

We enjoyed a fabulous breakfast this past week at Patrick's Roadhouse! First of all, the parking lot across the street is very convenient. We wanted to dine al fresco overlooking the Pacific Ocean which was possible. The decorations are totally fun to see! Meanwhile, our omelets were fantastic. My husband got the chili omelet and it was large so we have leftovers. He said it was even better the next day. I got the Elaine omelet which had my favorite ingredients and it was excellent accompanied by potatoes and an English muffin. I had leftovers as well which I enjoyed for two more days. Our server, Katrina, was friendly and professional. She was helpful and brought us accompaniments too such as hot sauce and catsup. We can't wait to go back. Highly recommended!

Patrick’s roadhouse, just down the road from the fabulous Inn we were staying at, was a great local choice for dinner. We had fantastic service, a wonderful server with curly hair who chatted to us the whole evening (sorry I didn’t catch your name) and fabulous home cooked food, The Wanda burger and a Chicken sandwich with roasted red pepper and goats cheese. Then the crowning glory, Banana Cream Pie, freshly made and utterly delicious! Thanks for a great evening Patrick’s!

Had a late breakfast at Patrick’s but it was great. Had the steak and eggs and my spouse had a burger and garlic fries. Both meals were perfectly done. The coffee and other drinks were great. What differentiates this place is the staff and the fact it’s a local place with an eclectic clientele. The staff are friendly and greeted us as friends. Parking can be a challenge - but they have a small lot. Be prepared to pay as it’s not cheap but the food was well worth the price.

Very short holiday in LA, we stopped to this restaurant for the “bizarre” furniture installed on the roof itself! A dinosaur and other strange “sculptures”. This is an Irish pub but basically what is really astonishing is the inside furniture! The original owners were probably huge collectors! Everything is stacked and installed randomly (apparently!). But the whole pub is terrific!!! Food is excellent: burgers are well seasoned, huge plate, very good service and… owner is very kind and nice! I recommend it!

Awesome service, great food I finally stopped at Patrick’s roadhouse after driving by it for so many years. I’ll be going back again soon. Fantastic food. Whimsical facility. Great service. Ask for Chris. She’s the best. If I could get 50 stars I would.

Great little diner that was featured on one of the first episodes of Diners Drive-ins and Dives. The Governator did not disappoint!

Stopped in to grab a snack (patty melt) and stayed for the apple cream pie. If that sounds delicious, it's because IT IS!

This place was just what the doctor ordered after a week of foo-foo food and restaurants. Good old grub with a super friendly staff and good prices. GO!
