Our family rarely is unanimous about any restaurant but it was about M Street Kitchen. We had breakfast there every day and loved it. Can't recommend it enough.

Recommended by a friend so on our first night we went here for some wind down drinks and food. We weren't disappointed, friendly service and great food. We'll be back next time we're in Santa Monica

Sat outside in the sun for brunch, and I finally tried Huevos Rancheros for the first time. It was incredible, all the ingredients were really fresh and tasty, and it was a nice (relatively healthy) breakfast. Fresh orange juice was delicious. No complaints!

I really enjoyed this place. So when I was back in town and with a friend visiting we went there for brunch. Delicious as always. There's no wrongdoing. Good coffee. You won't be disappointed.

I had friends in from London and raved about how good M street's fried chicken was. For lunch they wanted to go there, so we went and to our horror discovered they have a separate lunch menu that does not include the fried chicken. I explained to the waitress how much I loved it and wanted to share it with... More

Awesome, local brunch spot! My hubby and I were visiting Santa Monica and wanted something less touristy for brunch. Found this neighborhood gem and it was fantastic. They offer indoor and outdoor seating. Our server was very friendly and offered great suggestions. We really enjoyed their food: hash Benedict was incredible and good portion size; kale and spinach omelette was... More

My family and I went here mid morning on a weekday so it was relatively quiet. We sat inside though there was plenty of seating outside. The menu is not huge but they have a varied choice. We were here to eat brunch. My wife had the eggs Benedict on hash brown with the ham option. I finished it off... More

Great place for dinner! Easy to make a reservation and a spacious place for friends and family. The cocktails are delicious as is the food! I suggest the Hawaiian poke!

Staying in Santa Monica

Neighborhood Profile
Santa Monica
Santa Monica is a coastal town that maintains a balance as a tourist destination and as an area with a thriving local culture. On the beach, bikers, roller-bladers, runners and walkers move along the famed bike path enjoying the beautiful Los Angeles weather. The solar-powered Ferris wheel at the Santa Monica pier spins high above the water, while park revelers scream with delight riding the roller coaster. Inland from the beach, Third Street Promenade bustles with shoppers and street performers, where every block seems to have a musical or acrobatic act drawing crowds giving Santa Monica both the feeling of a laid-back beach town and a major commercial hub.
